Thank you for your review. Housekeeping has been informed of the quality of service so that improvements can be made. We endeavour to maintain the best possible atmosphere at Greystone Lodge and will take the appropriate actions to achieve this goal. As mentioned in your review Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd staff did take immediate action to quell the activities at the pool area during the day. Further to that effort, a new sign was made and has been posted at the pool deck to reiterate policies in effect. In an effort to prevent the late night partying that took place, a security company was hired to make rounds hourly from 8pm-8am to keep a quiet atmosphere throughout the night. We do look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Greystone Lodge in the future. At your service – Clint Goyette

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. The dryer did break a few days before your arrival on a long weekend where finding a repairman was difficult. We did not keep this a secret. The dryer was repaired during your the last few days of your stay as soon as we could find a repair company that services that particular brand. Sorry for the inconvenience and we are happy to have provided you with the funds to use the alternate laundry facility on the 1st floor. The handle on the shower has also been fixed. We will follow up on the vacuum as all of our units have one. With regards to the bike storage, the bikes in there belong to owners within the building. We are unable to remove them regardless of age. -All the best -Clint Goyette @ Acer Vacations

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the snow conditions vary widely in the early season and especially in November and this year was no exception. We have a strict noise bylaw that prevents excessive noise from 10pm-8am. The pool and hot tubs are closed from 10pm to 10am so there should be no noise from that area during quiet time. If noise is an issue then contacting the front desk or our office will allow us to intervene. We are happy that you enjoyed the unit and our services. Best regards, Clint Goyette @ Acer Vacations

Thanks for the review and the repeated visits to our lodge! We look forward to your return visit! All the Best -Clint Goyette @ Acer Vacations

Thanks for the review. If there are noise issues after 10pm please let us know as we do not tolerate noise from 10pm-8am and have security to enforce it. We try to maintain a quiet building for families at night time. See you again soon. All the Best -Clint Goyette @ Acer Vacations
