We had an amazing stay in the Outer Banks! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and communicative—any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The house itself was perfect spacious, and very well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights of our stay, giving us the perfect place to relax after a day out. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable.We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great OBX getaway!

Great stay!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Excellent location- about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute drive to the super market and food spots. Would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing home! It was perfect for our large family. 5 beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus a room for our grandson to sleep undisturbed. We were grateful for the baby gate upstairs and another bathroom on the top floor. We loved all the game options (board games, foosball, a giant sized connect four), the hot tub was perfect each night, everything was very cozy. We were also so close to shopping, the pier and restaurants. There were also wild deer roaming in the neighborhood!Justin was very responsive each time I had questions. If we are ever in town, we hope this house is available.Highly recommend! Thank you Justin!!

Family summer vacation

Absolutely loved our stay at this vacation home. Location is great - short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for use. House was clean. More than enough space for our group of 13. Most importantly check in and check out process went smoothly and our host was quick to reply with any questions we had. Would definitely come back.

Great beach getaway

The photos and description of the property were accurate and we were pleased with the house. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids to spend time together or have quiet time. The wagons made it a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach and there was plenty of beach gear for our group.

Great location and beautiful home

Pros: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, location was very close to beach but in a nice quiet subdivision with lots of privacy, beach chairs were a nice perk so we didn't have to bring ours, check-in and checkout were great, kitchen equipment was nice quality, the hot tub was great, WiFi password was posted in obvious locations, the foosball table was nice quality Cons: Pool was a little dirty, but the kids still swam even though it was 30 degrees outside, the BBQ grill was a small Weber charcoal grill, which is a little more of a project than just using propane. Overall: a great stay, and would recommend highly!

A happy 4th in Hatteras

Family Tides is exactly as advertised in the listing. It’s an excellent choice for a beach house vacation rental. We packed our family in the car to celebrate the 4th of July at the beach. There were so many highlights from the trip, but I’ll note a few that stood out for me. The detailed pictures of each room or living space were accurate and helpful for planning. The checkin process was smooth and communicated well in advance, which we greatly appreciated after a 7 hour drive. The host was respectful, incredibly responsive and proactive in sharing tips for food or access to community amenities. I highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in the Outer Banks.
