Newly remodeled in 2019 and ready for your beach getaway, this inviting Indian Shores vacation rental offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location. Situated on the Intracoastal Waterway and just steps from the Gulf of Mexico beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for an extended Florida stay.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a soft-top mattress, quality linens, a private bathroom, separate dressing area, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has been newly remodeled and includes a queen bed. The second bathroom has also been updated and features a beautiful walk-in shower.

The large, comfortable living room opens to an enclosed sun porch with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can relax and even watch dolphins play. The full kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, including cookware, dinnerware, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, icemaker, self-cleaning oven, and dishwasher.

Additional amenities include community washer and dryer access just down the hall, linens, towels, beach towels, central air conditioning, iron and ironing board, 2 TVs, DVD player, digital cable with music channels, free calling to the US and Canada, and high-speed internet.

This upscale condo complex is located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and features two large shared docks. Beach access is directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy the white sandy beaches and spectacular Gulf Coast sunsets. Guests also have access to a large party room, game room with pool table, separate workout rooms, and a sauna.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, this Indian Shores condo rental is also convenient to area attractions. A beach trolley stops right in front of the condo and travels north to Clearwater Beach in about 10 minutes and south to St. Pete Beach in about 15 minutes.

Very enjoyable relaxing time in a beautiful complex.

We spent the month of January in this condo and we had a great time. The condo is updated and very comfortable. On the ground floor we do not have to wait for the elevator and the heated pool is just down the hall and in the courtyard on the other side of our condo. I cannot believe how quiet it is here, especially at night. We can have our coffee on the porch and watch the boats go by on the intercostal waterway. In the evening we like to go out our porch door and walk a few steps and sit on the benches on the end of our docks and watch the dolphins or sometimes manatee go by. We can catch the beach trollies and go to St Pete's or Clearwater beaches or just walk across the street. We are within a 10 minute drive of just about anything, movie theaters, mauls, grocery stores etc. We love this place.

We have enjoyed our stay here very much.

They have a lovely, well equipped condo and we have been very comfortable here. We thank the owners so much for allowing us to live in their home this month. The only problem we had was there was a lot of rain the first half of June but we will be back! Cindy

Nice property, greate area!

We had a wonderful time hear in the Indian Shores area. We love the condo here at the Bay Mariner on the ground floor. We do not have to deal with the elevator bringing in groceries etc. We are just a few steps from a very large heated pool with a usual temperature of 88 degrees. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. There is also a very convenient beach trolley that runs up and down the Island from St. Pete's beach to Clearwater every 15 or 20 minutes.

Great place and a wounderful area!

A very nice condo on the first floor with a view of the intercostal from our porch and living room. We really enjoy the large heated pool and the Jacuzzi in the evening. The beach is directly across the street and we walk it daily. The bicycle path up and down the island and the beach trolley makes it very easy to get around even without a car.

The condo was spotless when we arrived, most of the amenities that we expected were excellent (except the pool for the first two weeks while it was under repair), the residents were friendly, the building was quiet and conveniently situated for the beach (2 minute walk). We would definitely go back again in the future.
