Fabulous location in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, with restaurants and nightlife just blocks away. Everything you need within walking distance — City Park, two blocks away, enjoys seasonal festivals, baseball, pickleball, basketball; there's even an enclosed dog walk nearby. Add that to miles of sandy coastline for those early morning walks and days at the beach!

From the moment we checked into the property to the very end of the stay there was nothing but pure enjoyment and top-level accommodations. The nearby culture and community was just an incredible addition to any vacation. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Great summer week

Best unit we have stayed in for the price range in the Indian Rocks Beach area. House very updated and feels like home. Plenty of room to relax. Beach and pool access were great. Pool is big enough for the kids to enjoy themselves which is a big help.

Very nicely appointed condo. On the beach side of Gulf Blvd, so a short walk to the beach. The Seaside representative was very helpful. We have stayed here before and would do so again.

WONDERFUL PLACE!

This property was nothing short of amazing. We are big sticklers on cleanliness and this property was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked, the house provided beach towels and beach supplies, and linens and towels provided as well. This property exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect place in a perfect location!

The condo was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Steps from the beach and pool. We walked to several dinner spots and pubs nearby which was wonderful. Went into Clearwater beach area a couple of times but it was very, very busy. So happy to get back to the Indian Rocks Beach area. Love it there 🏖️

Vacation Perfection

This was one of the best units we have stayed in on vacation. Everything we needed was there…towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies. Just a short walk to the beach. The restaurant across the street does have music and a crowd at night, but the music stops (or quiets down) at a reasonable hour. This condo was spotless! Clean, clean! I have been on vacation at other units and had to do some cleaning myself, not here! Thank you for a wonderful week or family fun and relaxation!

There is an oversize balcony with views of the beach. This condo is in the perfect location. You are literally a 30 second walk to an amazing white sand beach. There are plenty of shoppes, restaurants, and pubs within a short walking distance. My family and I will definitely be using this property for future vacations. We were very lucky to find this gem!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay including pool/beach supplies and is perfect for families with kiddos of all ages. Only steps away from the beach, restaurants and the pool. The only downside we experienced was having only 1 parking spot as we had family in the area and had to walk several blocks if there were no beach access parking spots available- this building typically has 2 parking spots per condo but the agency was helpful in allowing us to use their lot. Secondly, the bar across the street can get loud late at night- it didn’t stop us from getting rest but is something to consider for light sleepers. Definitely recommend this condo overall!

A week by the water.

Also there were no streets to cross or driving involved to get to the beach-just a few steps to the gulf. Restaurants were right across the street. The condo was clean and beautiful. The location couldn't be better. The beach is amazing. The only problem with the entire experience was we had to leave. The owners are great people and made sure we were happy with everything. Which we were!!Sharon and Taylor from Seaside Property Shoppe did a great job of staying in contact with us as well.My wife and I agreed, next to our second honeymoon this was far and above the best vacation ever!!

Close to many retail shops, restaurants and bars for walking or driving, but very quiet in comparison to other locations. The condo was very clean and nice. Layout was perfect. Sharon & Taylor at the Seaside Shoppe did an awesome job with everything that we needed throughout our stay. Very accommodating!! We would recommend this area & unit to anyone. We will be back in 2024.
