The property was great! It had everything we needed for our ski trip. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. The property manager had excellent communication and provided extra supplies. We will be back!
Our one-month stay was delightful. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and amazingly well organized! There was no guessing about where to find what we needed. The Direct TV and Smart Tv gave us plenty of viewing options, and there were numerous games and puzzles available for our entertainment. We would gladly stay there again…and hope to!
This 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo was very well appointed. We were able to cook and serve with ease. Great location for getting to stores, Springs and mountain.
Home was beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed was super comfy. Great area to walk our dog. Fantastic location being able to walk to restaurants. Highly recommend.
Property was perfect for a family ski vacation. Condo was well equipped for cooking dinners which we did most nights. Plenty of room for watching football on TV and playing board games. Close to every amenity we needed for groceries, restaurants, etc. Easy access to parking for loading up to drive to Wolf Creek Ski resort daily.
The place was not well maintained and smelled like it may have mold. The patio door would not open so we contacted the property manager and Rocky rudely texted: "if you're not happy with the condo, we can offer you a refund and allow you to check out." My husband went to Ace Hardware and fixed the door with WD-40. Not well stocked, old, un-usable housewares.
Unit was furnished very well ,well stocked and clean. Slider didn’t slide!! Host sent a guy to fix but he couldn’t get it to work! We had to endure two people to open the slider so we could use the patio! Called host about a week after the guy came bye and he told me they will replace the door at a later date after our month stay was over! His recommendation to go around the outside of our end unit was unacceptable especially since it was a middle unit! I would recommend to the host to put a barbecue on the patio so visitors could cook steaks and grill meals! 90% of the units we walked by and all of our neighbors had grills. Weather was great and I’d recommend this to anyone after they replace that sliding glass door
nice spot. convenient. liked closeness to City Market.
TV was tough. 5 remotes on table. had to call for help. detailed instructions would be good. I know the greeting manual said there was a limited amount of supplies and to buy more if needed but was that for a short stay or for 30 nights. a nice touch would be to label drawers and cabinets in kitchen. Good spot. I'd stay again. Looking for a 4 month rental next year. 1/1 to 5/1.
I booked 6 nights here to spend Spring Break with my wife, 2 daughters, and our 8 year old dog. We were excited about this road trip, and looked forward to skiing, and playing in the snow with our dog.
We arrived at the property and it was more or less as described. 1 misleading thing - plan on $18/person/day to use the pool/hot tub. We thought this was included.
We had a good trip overall…until after we got home, that is.
12 days later - not 1 or 2 days - 12 days later, I got a message from the owners that they found damage and that I caused it. They said they have photos, and that I would be charged an extra $250. It sounded pretty serious - like someone trashed the place - one of the tv’s was hanging out of the wall, damage to the front door, etc.
I responded that there is some kind of mistake, that we didn’t cause any damage. We took care of the property like it was our own home.
They responded that it was definitely me. They said things like “You caused damage, and “I assure you it was not anyone else.” They never listened to what I had to say, or explained why it took them 12 days to notify me about it. Pictures of damage is not proof that I did it. Anything could have happened after we left and before they contacted me.
Shortly after, $250 was charged to my bank card.
Unless you like being accused of crimes you didn’t commit and charged extra money, I would recommend staying as far away as possible from Rocky Mountain Realty & Rentals properties. Avoid!
