A cozy mountain home conveniently located for a; Relaxing Retreat, Skiing, Hiking, Fishing or Golfing adventure. Nestled near the San Juan National forest, Hiking trails, Fishing docks, Wolf Creek Ski resort, the Golf Club and just a short drive to the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs. Close to restaurants, stores and spas. Patio seating with BBQ, outdoor games, and Home Chef necessities. Family/toddler/dog friendly environment. Birdie house, like most homes in the area do not have AC. Temperaturs here are usually comfortable with closing the shades during the heat of the afternoon when sun is shining in, ceiling/room fans and the cool breeze that we usually have in the evenings. Please note there is no pool or hot tub on-site. Those amenities and PLPOA HOA stocked lake fishing license/boat registration are avalable at the recreation center for additional fees.

Spectacularly clean, well appointed, pet friendly home in a cute neighborhood. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this house was the most welcoming and completely appointed home we've ever stayed in. From the minute we walked in to see a beautiful welcome basket with dog treats, local honey and snacks(desperately needed after a long road trip!)we didn't want for anything else during our stay. They have thought of every single thing you could possibly need when renting a home. Property is exactly as described in the listing and I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

The home was immaculately clean. It is a short walk to the HOA owned lake. I enjoyed relaxing on the back deck. Even had some deer wonder by.

Perfect Ski Rental Property

This was a PERFECT rental for our family ski trip to Wolf Creek. I would give 10/5 stars if it were an option!! Very clean and accomodating for our group of 6 for the week. Even better than the photos suggest! It was generously stocked with all the essentials when we arrived, so that you don't have to spend much time fighting the WalMart crowd. Its about 30 min. from Wolf Creek, but an easy, beautiful drive. Lots of other fun things to do in the area besides ski also. David and Michelle were wonderful, responsive hosts!! I HIGHLY recommend this property, and my family will definitely be coming back in the future!!

We love living in Pagosa Springs where we enjoy Skiing, Hiking, Hunting, Golfing and overall enjoying the beautiful mountain weather. We often visit the hot springs, or the many fine restaurants in a place we call home.

This property is located in a quite area that is close to fishing or golfing but just minutes away from the hot springs or world class skiing.

The location is fantastic as it is close to the San Juan National forest access for hiking, walking distance to the lake and a short drive to the golf course.
