Condo is located in the Stoneridge Section of the Villages of Seven Springs at the top of the mountain on Boomerang Slope. It is a ski in - ski out condo. Entrance to the Villages in just as you enter the resort on Water Wheel Drive. Has 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 balconies, 2 private heated ski lockers at condo building. Lockers are large - each fits 5 6 sets of ski, poles or snow boards. Condo was professionally decorated in a Bavarian - Austrian theme from top to bottom to include bedding and linens!! Spacious and comfortable. Includes indoor, heated ski lockers on the ground floor of the condo building to store up to 10 sets of skis and poles/snow boards. Condo has 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, separate dining area, full kitchen, lots of closets, three picture windows facing the slopes from where you can see skiers on Boomerang Slope, Two balconies facing the slopes. Condo boasts a newly renovated kitchen, granite counter tops, custom mountain theme tiles in all bathrooms and kitchen, rock maple floors in all bedrooms, all furnishings, bedding, pictures, lamps reflect a Bavarian/Austrian Chalet theme. Master bedroom furnished with hand made and painted furniture imported from Germany. This condo has it all!!! Especially a charm and warmth that you can't resist. Condo is decorated with antler lamps, mountain theme carpets, beautiful maple hardwood flooring in bedrooms and living room, imported custom woodland theme tile in all bathrooms and kitchen. There are many beautiful Bavarian decorations throughout the condo, to include Bavarian murals and Bavarian painted furniture accents.

Free resort bus stops in front of the condo. In Winter enjoy fantastic skiing from this ski-in, ski-out condo located right on Boomerang Trail near Chair Lifts 1 and 2. Chairlift 1 and 2 drop you off in the back of the condo. No walking necessary. The free ski bus (Stop 17) stops in the front of the condo on the ground floor.

In Spring, Summer and Fall enjoy the panoramic mountain view from two balconies. In these months the trail is used for biking. The 7 Springs Resort and close surrounding areas abound with many enjoyable activities. There is white water rafting, a water park and amusement park all within less than a 30 minute ride from the resort. You could not pick a more enjoyable and versatile location than '7 Springs', rated the #1 all-round resort on the East Coast.

This condo is an absolutely perfect place to spend leisure time any season of the year. You and your family deserve to kick-back, take a breather, pamper and enjoy yourselves while making cherished memories.

PET FEE - $100. Applicable if you are bringing a pet to the condo. No cats. Only one dog is permitted. Must be crated at all times when renter is not physically present in the condo.

When booking through the VRBO website you will charge a booking fee/commission for use of its on-line booking service. VRBO does not distribute any of this booking fee to the resort property owners. The amount you see in the rates section is the rate I charge for the rental (plus the $85 cleaning fee; the fully refundable $400 damage security deposit; and a pet fee if applicable.) The reason I provide this information regarding the VRBO booking fee is that in the past Individuals making an inquiry regarding rental of my condo were confused as to why they the VRBO quote was higher than the amount I set forth in the rates and fees section of my listing. The explanation is that VRBO adds their own booking service fee to the rates I charge. Property owners do not have any control over the additional VRBO booking fee nor is any of the booking fee distributed to the property owners. In the past VRBO was an "advertising platform" whereby property owners could list their property for rent and rent directly to individuals and there was no booking fee or other VRBO added fees. However, in 2017 VRBO changed from an an advertising platform to a "booking platform" and began charging renters a booking fee when they rented a privately owned property using the VRBO website. I hope this explains the difference in the rental price quoted by VRBO for the service of using their website to book a reservation.

The condo is perfect for your enjoyment of the resort as well as a place to stay while you visit all the Laurel Highlands has to offer for all year round enjoyment. Condo is on the main resort in near the lodge, and directly on the slopes - great hiking and in the winter the slope location makes is a great ski-in/ski-out winter wonderland. The resort also has awesome special events and so much else to do throughout the resort. The condo is located in the "Villages of Seven Springs" just as you enter the resort main entrance at Water Wheel Drive. Free resort shuttle bus picks you up right at the condo ground floor. Condo flooring throughout is rock maple and is gorgeous. Many of the furnishings are from Bavaria. Custom painted Bavarian murals in the living room and in each bedroom. Master bedroom furniture was handmade in Germany and hand painted with Bavarian motif. Granite counter tops in kitchen. The entire condo was professionally decorated with a mountain theme - to include tile in the kitchen and bathrooms! In the winter just take your skis from my two large private ski lockers right near the entrance to the slopes - Boomerang Trail and off you go to an amazing ski day. At the end of the day Chairlift 1 & 2 drops you off right at the condo. No need to carry your skis anywhere. Two private, locking ski lockers on the ground floor of the condo that accommodate 4 to 5 sets of skis/poles and boots each. In spring, summer and fall you can walk from the condo to all the slopes that now become hiking trails in just minutes. The lodge with it has to offer is just minutes from the condo. Stay at the condo and use it as a base to visit all the wonderful places surrounding the resort offering endless activities all year round. The condo location is the best on the resort. Lots of parking in a very large parking lot right at the condo building. Everything in the condo was specially selected to make it unique from hand painted Bavarian murals in the living room and each bedroom, antler lamps and chandelier, granite counters in the kitchen, Bathrooms are fully tiled in custom made ceramic tiles with a forest motif. The custom made tiles on the kitchen floor are a mountain motif. There is a laundry washer and dryer in the condo. Floors are rock maple throughout. Master bedroom furniture was hand made and painted in Germany with forest scenes.

Great Property!

We recently returned from Seven Springs where we rented Bullwinkle's Mountaintop Getaway. It was not our first time renting at Seven Springs we had previously and knew the Stoneridge development well. This was the best property we have rented. The unit was very clean and the sheets and towels were all of great quality and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The air-conditioning worked extremely well with the hot weather we have been having. Although, to get to the unit you have 24 steps it is well worth the climb. The view is spectacular and the convenience of being slopeside is worth every step. Planning on renting next year if we return to Seven Springs.

Excellent Summer Stay

Nearly perfect spot for our Summer week in Seven Springs. The rooms were all spacious and roomy, so we were comfortable when we were all together in the common areas or retired to our rooms. Made heavy use of the kitchen and never failed to find the equipment we needed. Three full baths meant minimal waiting, and all were clean and had plenty of towels. Only thing we would change is the lack of wi-fi service in the summertime. Smart phones were okay, but at times we would have liked to work on laptops.

Perfect Ski Lodging!

We had a wonderful weekend ski trip with extended family! This was a true ski in/ski out which was perfect for our group of varied skill levels. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a crock pot, which was perfect to ski into for meals. The heated ski lockers were awesome for storage. Also, the shuttle stop was very close for when we wanted to go to the lodge. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything we could want

We arrived for a long weekend of skiing to find everything we could want or need. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and right on the slopes. The beds were comfortable and we had all the towels we needed. Some of us skied Seven Springs and others went cross country skiing nearby. We will definitely rent here again.

Perfect Weekend Ski Trip!

My family had a great time at this condo. It is truly ski-in / ski-out, and the owner does a fantastic job of maintaining the property. He is great a communicating, and it makes the check-in / check-out procedure easy and stress-free. After a good day of skiing, the views from the living room are great, and the kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals in the condo.

Wonderful ski weekend

We just spent a wonderful weekend in this condo. It is a beautiful place right on the top of Seven Springs with terrific views of the mountain and the valley. The two ski lockers in a heated room on the ground floor was extremely helpful. A true ski in ski out experience. The unit was very well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beds already made! Plenty of room for 8! I highly recommend this unit and the owner was amazing to work with.

Chair Lift 1 and 2 stop right behind the condo. Map of resort provided as a picture in this listing shows location of condo in reference to the main part of the resort. I do not accept rentals of less than 3 days. I do not accept reservations made less than 14 calendar days prior to the desired rental arrival date. Rates vary by season and weeks within the season. If you decide to rent my condo I will send you a customized Rental Agreement via an E-mail attachment. You would sign the last page and send it back to me via U.S. Post or scan and send it to me via E-mail. I require the signed agreement prior to approval of the booking. The damage security deposit is fully refundable if you are in compliance with the agreement terms and conditions. When funds for the rental have been received I will send you the Welcome Letter providing directions to the condo from the main resort entrance and the combination to the key lock boxes mounted to the exterior condo doors and ski lockers. IMPORTANT - Check with VRBO to find out about additional fees it charges when a renter books using the VRBO website (booking service fee, payment transaction fee, and other fees). Fees are not controlled by the property owner nor do any of these fees apply toward the rental rate listing by the owner. VRBO fees are separate from the property owners rental rate. The combination of the owner's listed rental rate and fees plus the VRBO fees comprise the full amount you will pay for the rental. The Damage Security Deposit I charge (see "Damage Protection" above) is fully refundable after your departure if you are in full compliance with the terms of the rental agreement.
