Condo is located in the Stoneridge Section of the Villages of Seven Springs in the Main Lodge area on Boomerang Slope and Tirol and Avalanche Slopes. Condo is ski in - ski out condo. Entrance to the Villages in just as you enter the resort on Water Wheel Drive. Has 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 balconies facing the ski slopes, 2 private heated in door ski lockers at condo building. Lockers are large - each fits 6 sets of skis, poles or snow boards. Condo was professionally decorated in a Bavarian - Austrian theme from top to bottom to include bedding and linens. Spacious and comfortable. Newly renovated kitchen, granite counter tops, custom mountain theme tiles in all bathrooms and kitchen, rock maple floors in all bedrooms, all furnishings, bedding, pictures, lamps reflect a Bavarian/Austrian Chalet theme. Master bedroom furnished with hand made and painted furniture imported from Germany. This condo has it all - charm and warmth you can't resist. Condo is decorated with antler lamps, mountain theme carpets, beautiful maple hardwood flooring in bedrooms and living room, imported custom woodland theme tile in all bathrooms and kitchen. There are many beautiful Bavarian decorations throughout the condo, to include Bavarian murals and Bavarian painted furniture accents, antler lamps custom made furniture, two flat screen 'TVs and DVD players, laundry washer and dryer in the condo.
Free resort bus stops in front of the condo. In Winter enjoy fantastic skiing from this ski-in, ski-out condo located right on Boomerang Trail near Chair Lifts 1 and 2. Chairlift 1 and 2 drop you off in the back of the condo. No walking necessary. The free ski bus (Stop 17) stops in the front of the condo on the ground floor.
In Spring, Summer and Fall enjoy the panoramic mountain view from two balconies. In these months trails are used for hiking and biking. 7 Springs Resort and close surrounding areas abound with many enjoyable activities. There is white water rafting, a water park and amusement park all within less than a 30 minute ride from the resort. PETS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE STONERIDGE CONDO BUILDING. RESORT SECURITY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO EVICT RENTERS IF IT IS FOUND A DOG IS ON THE PROPERTY THAT BELONGS TO A RENTER.
$400 DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGED - This deposit is fully refundable if you are compliant with the rental agreement. The agreement is provided as a VRBO attachment.
RENTAL PERIOD RESTRICTIONS - I do not accept reservations less than 7 business days prior to your desired arrival date. Two day minimum rental. I do not accept long term rentals of more than 10 consecutive days.

About Joyce Sweasy, Owner
My name is Joyce Sweasy. I am a retired U.S. Army Colonel. While in the Army I was stationed in Germany and Italy and fell in love with the Alps. I am also an avid skier and am often at Seven Springs for that reason. Remembering those awesome Bavarian chalets, I wanted to make the interior of my condo as much like those chalets as possible. For that reason I hired a professional decorator and an artist from Germany to recreate the Bavarian atmosphere with murals, flooring, and items from Bavaria and the Alps. .

The condo is located in the "Villages of Seven Springs" just as you enter the resort main entrance at Water Wheel Drive. It is very spacious and was custom decorated by a professional designer from Bavaria. It is a ski-in, ski-out condo right on the slopes. Chair lift 1 or 2 stop right behind the condo. I have 2 private/locking in-door, heated ski lockers that easily fit up to 10 pair of skis, poles or snowboards. No need to walk to the slopes or take the ski bus - the entrance to Boomerang Slope is right at the ski lockers. The condo is perfect for your enjoyment of the resort as well as a place to stay while you visit all the Laurel Highlands has to offer for all year round enjoyment. Condo is on the main resort near the lodge. The resort has special events and so much more. The Free resort shuttle bus picks you up right at the condo ground floor. In spring, summer and fall you can walk from the condo to the mountain slopes and trails for biking and hiking. The main resort lodge is just minutes from the condo. Condo has every amenity you would want during your vacation. The condo has 2 balconies facing the mountain provide a fantastic view.

Condo has every amenity you would want during your vacation. Furnished very uniquely in a Bavarian Lodge theme. Living room picture windows and 2 balconies facing the mountain provide a fantastic view. Condo is located in the Villages of Seven Springs as you drive in the main entrance to the resort on Water Wheel Drive, just minutes from the main lodge, resort shops, restaurants, ski school, lifts, etc. The resort is in Laurel Highlands. Stay at the condo and use it as a base to visit all the wonderful places surrounding the resort offering endless activities all year round. Lots of parking in a very large parking lot right at the condo building. Everything in the condo was specially selected to make it unique from hand painted Bavarian murals in the living room and each bedroom, antler lamps and chandelier, granite counters in the kitchen, Bathrooms are fully tiled in custom made ceramic tiles with a forest motif. The custom made tiles on the kitchen floor are a mountain motif. There is a laundry washer and dryer in the condo. Floors are rock maple throughout. Master bedroom furniture was hand made and painted in Germany with forest scenes.

I cannot say enough about how nice and comfortable this condo is. Me and my family absolutely loved staying here for the weekend. Everything you need is provided by the owner and the place is very well maintained. Me and my family have been coming to seven springs for years and we have stayed in different condos and in the lodge and I can definitely say this is the best place we have stayed in so far. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a place to stay at seven springs and I will definitely be booking this condo again for my future stays at seven springs.

Amazing place to ski and stay
My family has stayed at Bullwinkles condo for many years. We have four children in our family and dogs and finding a place to accommodate us that is comfy, clean, and close to the slopes is hard. There is so much to love about staying here: lots of room, plenty of beds,, well stocked kitchen, great view of the slopes, and nice touches that make it feel like a true escape. It’s also super close to the slopes and lifts which makes getting four kids out to ski a snap. No downsides to it at all, the condo is amazing!
Bullwinkles is an outstanding ski in/out condo!
Our family (at least the boys) has enjoyed this property over many years. It is well-maintained, always spotlessly clean, and offers the perfect ski-in, ski-out experience. The kitchen is well-supplied and very functional.
Bullwinkles at Seven Springs, Good and Bad
I rated this condo a 4 out of 5 due to the owner taking advantage of the damage fee for a personal maintenance fee. On our way home after a nice trip, we received a call from the owner stating that we broke a hinge on the upstairs bathroom vanity. The discrepancy I have with the owners claim is that we never opened the doors on the vanity; so how could we have broken the hinge. Whether she was stating the truth or not, there isn’t much we can do but pay for a new hinge. Depending on the outcome, I may or may not recommend this condo to another person. Hopefully it’s a $10 hinge instead of a new vanity. If we had truly broken the hinge, I would gladly pay for it or just go ahead and replace it while I was there. After triple checking that everything was in order before leaving, this leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.
Overall our experience here was very pleasant until the phone call we received on our way home. The condo was very clean and everything was in order. The instructions the owner left were very thorough leaving no questions to ask. The condo was right on the slope and after a short walk you were skiing. The ski locker made storing your ski’s and boots very nice. It was very convenient having the condo right on the slopes if we wanted to come in for a short break, lunch, or nap (especially with kids).
The down side is that it’s on the 3rd floor which made it a little inconvenient unloading and loading your vehicle.
I guess you can also tell from the reviews that those who have not done damage to my condo give me a 5 star rating. However, I thank your for the rating your gave. It is only those who damage my condo and are held accountable who find fault - because they are being held financial responsible the damages. As you know from the SMALL amount that was withheld from the damage deposit - I am very fair and attempt to get the repairs made at the least cost possible to the renter. As we discussed in both a phone call and an E-mail message. I am at Seven Springs every weekday in January, February and March. I meet the Seven Springs Resort Cleaning Crew Supervisor at my condo the same day a renter checks out to thorough inspect every aspect of the condo - to include ensuring doors, closets, cabinet doors, - every aspect of the condo is in working order. This is my responsibility to renters checking in, Every aspect of the condo was inspected before you checked in - EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER - ALL CABINET DOORS IN THE KITCHEN, BATHROOMS AND VANITY AREAS WERE IN FULL WORKING ORDER. The inspection is done by both myself and the Seven Springs Resort Cleaning Supervisor as a double check. Damages are documented. On the date of your departure (no one had been in the condo between the time you checked out and the arrival of myself and the Seven Springs Resort Cleaning Supervisor, we thoroughly inspected every aspect of the condo to ensure it ls in excellent condition for the next renter who would is arriving tomorrow (Friday, 15 February.) We opened all vanity doors and that is when we found that the bottom hinge of the loft bedroom vanity was broken. It was definitely NOT BROKEN before you arrived to use the condo. A metal hinge that is cracked in half is not maintenance - it is DAMAGE. I am a ski instructor at Seven Springs and had to work so the first opportunity I had to contact you was in the afternoon after 3:00 pm when I finished teaching. As soon as the DAMAGE was noticed I called a repair company in Champion, PA to ask if they could come take a look at the hinge as it was not a standard hinge (it is recessed on both the cabinet and the vanity door) to see if a hinge could be obtained. It was a specialty hinge - as I stated. When I was speaking to you the company representative was there and you heard me ask when was the soonest the repair could be made. The metal hinge was completely cracked in half - again DAMAGE NOT MAINTENANCE.
What a fun filled time at Seven Springs
We found the place spotlessly clean and well maintained. The weather cooperated so that we could ski with excellent conditions.

Condo is located right on the main resort in the Villages of Seven Springs, 6300 Stoneridge Drive, Champion, Pennsylvania 15622 - 9604 (Stoneridge Building B, Unit B43A-B) on the Main Seven Springs Resort - "Villages of Seven Springs" - where Boomerang, Tirol and Avalanche slopes come together at top of the mountain looking down at the main lodge. Chair Lift 1 and 2 stop right behind the condo. Map of resort provided to show you were the condo is located within the main part of the resort. When you enter Seven Springs Resort at the main entrance on Water Wheel Drive on your left your will see the entrance for the Villages of Seven Springs. Turn into that entrance and follow Village Drive to the top of the mountain. The townhouse and condo buildings will all be on your left side of the road. Stoneridge is the last group at the top of the mountain. When you enter the Stoneridge group entrance keep to your left (the A and B buildings. My condo is in the B Building. If you look toward the roof line your will see the letter of the building. Park your car in front of my garage marked B43A. Then walk toward your left (as you are facing the garage) to the stairway between the A and B buildings. Go to the third floor then make a left. Look for the doors marked B43A and B43B (there are moose door knockers on my doors).

I do not accept rentals of less than 3 days. I do not accept reservations made less than 14 calendar days prior to the desired rental arrival date. Rates vary by season and weeks within the season. If you have questions contact me on the following phone number: 410-627-9040. Call me first for information on discounts. If you decide to rent my condo I will send you a customized Rental Agreement via an E-mail attachment. You would sign the last page and send it back to me via U.S. Post or scan and send it to me via E-mail. I require the signed agreement prior to approval of the booking. The damage security deposit is fully refundable if you are in compliance with the agreement terms and conditions. When funds for the rental have been received I will send you the Welcome Letter providing directions to the condo from the main resort entrance and the combination to the key lock boxes mounted to the exterior condo doors and ski lockers. IMPORTANT - Check with VRBO to find out about additional fees it charges when a renter books using the VRBO website (booking service fee, payment transaction fee, and other fees). Fees are not controlled by the property owner nor do any of these fees apply toward the rental rate listing by the owner. VRBO fees are separate from the property owners rental rate. The combination of the owner's listed rental rate and fees plus the VRBO fees comprise the full amount you will pay for the rental. The Damage Security Deposit I charge (see "Damage Protection" above) is fully refundable after your departure if you are in full compliance with the terms of the rental agreement.
