The space
This completely remodeled, custom boutique 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment offers a plethora of comfort and amenities :

- 55 inch HD TV with magic remote and soundbar with subwoofer.

- Private backyard with fire pit.

- Fully stocked kitchen.

- Custom-designed luxury bathroom with both standard and rainfall showerheads.

- On-site, off-street parking.

- Superfast Wifi and Alexa voice assistant.

- Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, coffee grinder and drip/press coffee makers, nutribullet, toaster, stainless steel appliances, and more.

- Well-behaved pets welcome! There's also a private backyard in which your pet can run around and stretch her/his legs, and have a blast chasing whichever squirrels and/or lizards might be visiting at the time...

Please note: There is absolutely no smoking permitted - of any kind - in the apartment. I spent a ton of time and money designing and doing all of the remodel/craftsman work there myself, and smoke will ruin the custom pieces over time, damage the furnishings, and ruin the experience for future guests. You'll have private access to every amenity including full kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathroom, backyard, and off-street parking.
Other things to note
Well-behaved pets are very welcome - at no extra charge! the accommodation even has a small private fenced-in backyard where your pet can stretch her legs, and play with whatever squirrels or lizards might be hanging around at the time... ;-)
