About this property

Mid-century Montauk

Our family home is centrally located, close to town and ocean beaches, as well as the Montauk Downs State Park and Golf Course. The location is private, with plenty of space for couples or families to enjoy!

The house is sunlit and spacious, with four bedrooms and two full baths. The lower level has three guest bedrooms and one bathroom, with a laundry room (washer and dryer) that leads out to an attached garage. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bath, kitchen, dining area, and large main living room perfect for relaxing. The sliding doors off of the main living room open onto a deck with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the sunset.

The deck stairs access the large backyard, which has a gas grill and picnic table, and is great for kids or dogs to run around.

We have brand new flooring throughout the house for 2023, as well as new couches in the upstairs.

Other things to note:
The yard is treated for ticks (naturally, not chemically) every year. Dogs are considered with prior approval.
We have some flexibility with check-in and check-out times, message me if needed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
