Picturesque! I was in awe walking into this cabin. It is designed perfectly to showcase the gorgeous views of the mountains. Wonderful outdoor spaces, including porch, patios and balconies. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see cows grazing in the surrounding pastures. You will also see a lot of bunnies and some deer. The proximity of this home to the town of Luray and to Shenandoah National park is ideal. Short drive, but still feels remote. Steep gravel driveway, so shift your car into low gear to climb.I loved that they had washer/dryer available for use and a very nice kitchen with lots of counter space. Bring your own supplies! While they have anything you could need in the kitchen for dishes, utensils and pans, etc. You will need to bring some rolls of toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent, some trash bags, and paper towels. Ample space, even for a big group. Great areas to gather like the firepit, dining table, and billiards table, (though pool cues were broken). The only suggestion would be for the lawn to have been mowed, to help keep the bugs away. But even still, this is the ultimate cabin stay for a group! I would recommend to anyone visiting the National Park and would absolutely stay again.
