• Rental Agreement: You will be asked for your email address to sign our standard rental agreement prior to your stay.

• Security Deposit: A valid credit card must be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This is a hold, not a charge. The hold is released after check-out, provided no damages are found.

• Damage Protection: For a worry-free stay, a mandatory, non-refundable $49 fee will be charged for an accidental damage protection policy covering up to $1,500.

• Safety: The cabin is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.

• Grill Supplies: Please note that charcoal and other supplies for the Weber charcoal grill are not provided.

Great location and owner communication/responsiveness. We recommended some minor property improvements to the owners and they were open and receptive to our recommendations (nothing that prevented us from having a good stay). Overall we had a great week exploring the mountains and relaxing.

Our family really enjoyed this cabin. The kids walked to the pool and the drive up/down the mountain was very quick. The cabin itself is very centrally located. I'd definitely come back :)

I wanted somewhere close to take my mom, my dad passed away in March and she hasn’t been on vacation in years. This house was perfect for myself, her and my three boys (ages 22,20 and 16) we all had our own sleeping space, mom and I had our own bathrooms and the boys shared one. We had nightly pool games, finished two puzzles and enjoyed the hot tub every night. The location was perfect for a trip to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and minutes away from everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The hosts were very helpful and answered any questions I had immediately. I would definitely book this property again.

The host was awesome, the cabin was beautiful. The only thing I recommend is a way to get to the downstairs part from outside. With being handicap, I wasn't able to interact with them where the pool table was

We had the best time and this cabin was perfect. It’s in THE best location. The hosts are incredible communicators and so kind. The cabin was clean, the hot tub was in great condition and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and suggest this property to family and friends.

Great place for our family to come and relax. Minutes from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. At the bottom of the mountain in Dollywood! But just far away and up the mountain to be able to feel like you are away from the world. Great communication from Kate. Always checking in on us. Can’t wait to be back next year!

Our family had an incredible stay at this cabin! There was more than enough room for our family of five plus the grandparents, so everyone had plenty of space to relax without ever feeling crowded.One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending time on the back porch. Sitting out there, watching the breeze move through the beautiful hardwood trees, was so peaceful and quickly became our favorite place to unwind after busy days. We even got a visitor on our last day - a mama bear and 3 cubs!The kids loved the entertainment downstairs. The pool table and old-school arcade game kept our girls entertained and gave the adults a chance to relax. The kitchen was also exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to cook big family breakfasts every morning before heading out.The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the entrance to Dollywood and right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.This cabin was a big part of what made our vacation so memorable. We made some wonderful family memories here, and we’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Family Cabin

Our family had a really nice stay here. There’s plenty of room so we can all spread out and the basement games were an added bonus! It was peaceful to be in the mountains!
