• Rental Agreement: You will be asked for your email address to sign our standard rental agreement prior to your stay.
• Security Deposit: A valid credit card must be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This is a hold, not a charge. The hold is released after check-out, provided no damages are found.
• Damage Protection: For a worry-free stay, a mandatory, non-refundable $49 fee will be charged for an accidental damage protection policy covering up to $1,500.
• Safety: The cabin is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
• Grill Supplies: Please note that charcoal and other supplies for the Weber charcoal grill are not provided.

We had the best time and this cabin was perfect. It’s in THE best location. The hosts are incredible communicators and so kind. The cabin was clean, the hot tub was in great condition and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and suggest this property to family and friends.

Great place for our family to come and relax. Minutes from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. At the bottom of the mountain in Dollywood! But just far away and up the mountain to be able to feel like you are away from the world. Great communication from Kate. Always checking in on us. Can’t wait to be back next year!

It was a great place to stay. If we had any issues (no issues with the cabin) our host was quick to respond. We would definitely book again. There is a groundhog that is living right behind the cabin that we enjoyed watching. We will have some great memories from this trip.

The reason I gave two stars for this cabin is that it is located close to Dollywood. It was about 5 minutes from park. The upstairs of the house was in nice condition except for one of the couch cushions was ripped open and had to send pictures to owner. The poor cleaning mark is due to bugs (not bed bugs), hair, and fingernails found on bed sheets in the downstair bedrooms. There was a heavy cat pee smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms. One of the downstairs toilets wouldn’t work when arriving. My son got it working. I left messages for host and I received a quick response of apology. The house did have a small washer and dryer but we shouldn’t have had to wash sheets upon arriving. It was clear things were not cleaned after last renters. The house is in a gated community with houses close together. Overall I would not recommend this house to anyone.
