Perfect for an extended vacation or staycation, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 3rd floor condo is located in the beautiful Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers. Enjoy western exposure and sunsets from your lanai and living room, overlooking the 18th green and the stunning 38 acre lake. Located close to the clubhouse, it offers the perfect opportunity to relax in the comfort of the condo, take advantage of the resort style amenities, and explore all that SW Florida has to offer.

PLEASE NOTE:
Heritage Palms only accepts bookings of a minimum of 28 days. It is a secure, gated community with an HOA application process to be completed 10 days in advance, so please plan accordingly. There is an application form/background check, that must be completed with the Association and an application fee of that is paid directly (this has not been included in your booking fees). There is also the option to transfer membership for the duration of your stay, for access to the golf and other amenities (additional cost).

The Space...

Living/Dining/Kitchen area
The living room area is open concept and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors/windows onto the balcony, giving expansive views over the lake and golf course. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a 65` smart TV with cable and access to all the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc. (don`t forget your log-in details!)
The dining table seats 4 and there is also a breakfast table in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances including a fridge with ice maker, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a toaster and more. You should find all that you need for your vacation stay.
There is a filter and a Keurig coffee machine and starter amounts of coffee and sugar to get you going in the morning.

Balcony
The balcony is the width of the living area and looks out over the lake and golf course. The perfect place for a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine whilst watching the sunset!

Bedrooms/bathrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a smart TV with access to apps (but no cable), a walk in closet and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will find spare towels and beach towels in the linen closet.

The guest bedroom, also has a king size bed, a closet, a dresser and a printer for those who need to work whilst away. There is a TV, but it has basic cable only. The guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub and the laundry area with washer and dryer is also here, as well as a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owner and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property.

Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club is a beautiful place to enjoy all that it has to offer, in the Florida Sunshine, and a great base to explore SW Florida. Located a few minutes drive to I75, giving easy southern access to Estero, Naples and Marco Island, with their beautiful sugar sand beaches, and northern access to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Sarasota and Tampa.
There are restaurants, shops, and grocery stores (including WholeFoods), within a few minutes drive, and Historic downtown Fort Myers is a 15-20 minute drive.
Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva are also close by.

The clubhouse and most of the amenities are within easy walking distance of the condo, but you will need a car to make the most of the area.

This is a secure, gated community with an HOA application process, which will need to take place in advance of the booking. The application fee will be paid by the guest, directly to the HOA and is not included in your Airbnb booking fees. The same for the temporary transfer of membership ($425), which allows you access to the club amenities.

Minimum booking age is 30.

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We know you will be considerate and we understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
