This fully updated and tastefully finished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for your next beach vacation. Conveniently located just 0.2 miles from a super Target and convenient to many restaurants and shops. The beautiful condo complex has a gated swimming pool and tennis court. Located just a few miles to Fort Myers beach and very convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva Island as well.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your screened in lanai. Appreciate the updated, bright interior complete with luxury furnishings. Each room is complete with high end bedding and tvs. High speed wifi provided.

Streaming services are available with your own accounts on each smart TV (Netflix, YouTube TV).
This second-floor condo does not have an elevator.

Cleanliness! This condo sparkled and might have been one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We also appreciated the high quality amenities and extras such as cooler and beach chairs even tough we didn't get a chance to use them. So nice to have them available. Very tastefully decorated, too!

Lovely condo!! Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for a day at the beach or pool. Great location and only a 20 min drive from Sanibel Island. Host - friendly and professional. Easy check in and check out. I would absolutely return.

Excellent quiet retreat

Our stay was perfect. We were blocks away from our family and the condo was perfect for my wife and I. Everything was spotless, well decorated and the beds we clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The owners communicated with us promptly and answered all of our questions. Great host! We are looking forward to our next stay.

My wife and I just stayed here for a long weekend in Ft. Myers and Clara's place was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we need. It was exactly as advertised. The location is great. There is lots of amenities nearby and just a short drive to Ft. Myers Beach and the Sanibel causeway. Clara was a great host. I highly recommend.

Just right!

Very clean, spacious, nice amenities. Good and easy communication with host. One shower head was loose and only sprayed the wall but was easily fixed with a plastic grocery bag. Would definitely stay again!

Wonder location just a few small things to note

Overall a wonderful place! A few handles were missing screws and hanging down in the kitchen and one in the dining area on a table was gone completely and the rugs were dirty/stained in the master bath. I would say this isn't the owners fault though but that the cleaning people need to be checked after. Had great communication with owners and would stay again. Was even able to check out late with our toddler. Very cute little place.

Golf Trip

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located to the Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva. There is a Target super store a long block away, very walkable. Courses, shopping & restaurants also very close. Clara thought of everything, including a small sewing kit & first aid box. The condo was quiet, clean & well stocked.

Great place to stay near the beaches!

If you're looking for a getaway to the beaches in and around Ft. Meyers, this is the place to stay. Close to both Ft. Meyers beache and Sanibel Island, you can get a lot of sun in no time. The hosts are very communicative and make sure that you have everything you need. All of the amenities are there and a nice community to stay in.

Great Vacation

Perfect condo in the right location. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Hosts were great and we had no issues. Would come back again. Easy drive to all the local beaches and the pool was great to relax in after the beach. Neighborhood was great, being next to target made getting supplies easy. Try the Italian restaurant - Terra Nostra Ristorante or the Mexican restaurant - El Sabor De Puebla.

Clean, beautiful and lots of extras.

Property was clean and lovely. Just as pictured in the ad. The owner has lots of extras which were a godsend. The box fan was a blessing because we like having white noise to sleep. There were extra laundry supplies, plenty of shampoo/conditioner and even body wash so we didn’t have to run to the store immediately for these items. Even extra batteries were available for the tv remotes. The location was a short drive from the beach and also near shopping areas, but the condo itself was in a nice quiet area, which we liked. Thank you for the wonderful vacation stay!

Just what we needed

Everything about the condo and the host was outstanding and exactly what we needed for our stay. The condo was just as the pictures show. Beautiful and very comfortable. It is close to Shell Point retirement community which was great for us, so we could visit my parents who no longer drive. Of course, the beaches are also nearby! We'd love to stay here again!

Spring Break Trip

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister-in -law, were lucky enough to get this condo last minute after a cancellation. It was so much better than the hotel we had booked! The location was close to many great restaurants and to beaches. The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything we needed and so comfortable to relax in after a day at the beach! We loved it!
