4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 unit duplex with a shared entrance with off street parking for 4 cars. Walking distance to Main Street. High speed Wi-Fi throughout. Units are located above a local Italian bistro so there is a potential for some noise during operating hours 11AM-10PM.
We're located a 15 minute walk to Olympic Arena, Public Olympic Skating Oval and Inline skating Hockey box. Enjoy 5-15 minute walk to Mirror Lake Beach, Play Park, and Tennis Courts! Stroll into village for shopping, restaurants, bars and movie theater. A leisurely walk around Mirror Lake is a favorite of locals and tourists. This walking or jogging route goes right by your Signal Hill neighborhood. The Apartment is a blocks away from bowling alley, arcade, bike, canoe, kayak, guide services, and ski rental shops.
The Lake Placid Art Center is also within walking distance. Attend a concert, and plays. Check out the ever changing art gallery!
Free Summer concerts on Sunday and Tuesday evenings at the Lake Placid Mid's Park on Main St.
