Five bedroom Edinburgh Newtown Apartment circa 1776 located in the very heart of Edinburgh’s centre.
Located on the second and third floors this Georgian apartment offers spacious accommodation for large groups of guests.

Please note, this is not a party flat, neighbours must always be respected and noise kept to acceptable levels. Whilst we do not rule out Hen and Stag parties please do get in touch to discuss your own needs if planning such an event.

Please note whilst we do have lots of character we do not have lift access, so do bear this in mind if concerned about the climb.

Whilst new to VRBO this property has been welcoming guests since 2008 and sits next door to the very popular No19Loft which can be reserved together.

Please note, quoted tariffs are for up to ten guests sharing. There is an additional charge for larger groups.

Stephen and Belinda are excellent hosts! Attentive and hospitable. The apartment was immaculate and exceeded our expectations, especially for a larger group. Everyone felt at home and the location is unmatched.

Amazing location, very cool apartment large enough to accommodate a family of 13. Can walk all over the city from this location. The host were very nice and responsive to all our questions. Would stay here again.

Great accommodation!

We were very happy (as a family of 7) to find a place that was so comfortable for us. The layout of the bedrooms(5) and baths (4) made it very easy for our children to get comfortable as well. Stephen and Belinda were very helpful and we would stay here again!

Great stay!

We met two other families in Edinburgh for a group vacation. This flat was perfect - nice and roomy, with plenty of bathrooms and room enough for everyone to get together to hang out or eat. Also, very well situated for seeing the town and a great base to travel the rest of Scotland. Hosts Stephen and Belinda were super attentive and clear communicators. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment in a great spot!

The property and hosts are great! I was traveling with my family which consisted of my parents and aunt, my husband and three sons, my sister, brother in law, niece and nephew. The apartment was spacious enough for all of us. It was clean, organized and had everything we needed. It was in a great location! Very central to all major tourists spots and close to great restaurants and bars. We would love to go back again!

In the heart of Edinburgh

The flat was conveniently located to many of the treasures Edinburgh has to offer, from castles, museums, pubs, restaurants to leisurely strolls through the city, the flat had it all covered. The amenities of the flat served our family of 13 very well. THANK YOU.

Comfortable flat with great access to Edinburgh

We had a great time with a family and friends group of 8 on a five day trip to Edinburgh. The apartment was comfortable beds were nice kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it for much other than breakfast. The apartment is a short walk to old town and there are lots of great restaurants super close. Belinda and Stephen were super helpful. They had lots of good recommendations for and we had a fantastic fun time. Would highly recommend for a group visiting Edinburgh. .

Tolles Apartement mit klasse Lage

Wir waren mit zehn Personen in diesem Apartment. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen, die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit den anhängenden Badezimmern war super. Man hat kurze Wege zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen, zum Castle Edinburgh zum Beispiel sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für Gruppen bis mindestens 10 Personen.Ebenso ist die Küche bestens ausgestattet.Die Schlafzimmer wie auch das gesamte Apartment sind sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit Stephen verlief problemlos und er antwortet immer sofort.Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
