Indulge in sweeping ocean views from your furnished, sixth-floor balcony at this updated, oceanfront condo. Spend time on a nearby golf course or just relax at the pool or beach all day, then pop over to nearby Barefoot Landing for a meal or shopping at any of the many boutiques.

At home, you’ll find an open, light-filled space with modern coastal decor. Step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve them up at the window-front dining table before heading out to explore. Cool off in the central AC and watch a bit of TV when you return, or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh, then keep dinner simple on the shared gas grills downstairs - or even simpler with a visit to a local restaurant. The day ends in any of three well-appointed bedrooms, but not before a toast on the balcony to booking the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway.

Perfect location

Great ocean front location with great views. Normal wear and tear from renters. Living room chairs would need replaced soon. Beach was not busy time of year we went. Would stay again

A few issues but overall good stay

Great location, clean, wonderful amenities. The master bathroom toilet constantly ran unless you jiggled the handle after every use. Master bedroom bed was hard, and WiFi was not consistent.

Bests Ocean Views and Convenient Beach Luxury

The unit was extremely clean and beautiful with easy check in and check out. The views were amazing not only from the front view but also the side view. The indoor pool was especially nice for the kids.The location is close to many restaurants and entertainment venues. There was plenty of parking and the outdoor lawn was well kept. We will return again.

Weekend Getaway

My friends enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything needed for the weekend was easily accessible: utensils, kitchen needs, beach, stores, restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The views from the condo were breathtaking. It is oceanfront so it’s hard to put into words the beautiful artwork of nature that is easily viewed from the balcony. The shopping carts were very helpful for transporting our belongings. Would stay here again.

Nice but not nice

Place looked clean, but had roaches, we had to go out and get bug spray, we had to re-wash glasses and silverware. we did not use the dishes, we were uncomfortable with sleeping in the beds, we slept on top of the covers and bought new blankets to cover ourselves with. Also it was hot in bedrooms at night. No Iron, no tv in one of the rooms. One of us slept in living room on couch without letting out the bed. I was very disappointed.

Perfect Getaway!

We have stayed at many, many places in North Myrtle, and I have to say that the ease of everything was TOP NOTCH. The parking (always had a spot), trash (super close and never full), never crowded elevators, never crowded pool (and it was covered which came in handy during some rain), never crowded grills, and they even had luggage carts AND shopping carts available AT ALL TIMES to help get your 'stuff' up the elevators in one trip. The home itself was clean, exactly as described and had everything we needed to cook meals, extra blankets and pillows, comfortable beds, comfortable couch and chairs, and patio furniture. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Make sure you have an adult unlock the balcony door because....one of our kids unlocked it and didn't push it down far enough, so when an adult closed the door....it must have been 'caught in the middle' because it locked us out- and we were ALL on the balcony. lol. Once we got back in (it took a long time), we absolutely had NO problems with the door- it was definitely the kid's fault for not unlocking it all the way- but I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. Once in the 'unlocked' position, it never locked us out again- so it wasn't the fault of the door/owner, but again, freak things happen when kids are involved. :) The beach in front of us was incredible and not very crowded (even though it was 4th of July week). We parasailed just a short walk down the beach and the fireworks were set off all along the beach in front of us (by people- not the city) and it was spectacular. We would definitely return. BOOK IT! :)

Très déçu du condo

Premièrement a propos de Vacasa, cette compagnie ne réponde pas a nos courriels. Qualité du condo, rénovation mal faite laissent désirer, le matelas et les oreillers de la chambre des maîtres sont dû pour être remplacer nous avons très mal dormis. Les couvertures ne sentaient pas bon, nous avons dû les laver avant de les utiliser. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû laisser les fenêtres et portes patio ouvertes. Pour la cuisine, les ustensiles sont de très mauvaises qualités et ne donne pas le goût de s'en servir. Accès au condo, nous avions un code a 10 chiffres pour accéder le condo, 10 chiffres pas très facile a ce rappeler, une clé aurait été plus simple à utiliser. Chaque fois que nous nous absentions du condo, nous avons dû garder le code sur un papier avec nous, pas très pratique et a vrai dire de la merde. Autre chose, pour la télé, il y avait Roku Chanel, aucune émission en direct et plusieurs postes manquants, que des vielles émissions en rediffusions alors nous avons dû nous résigner a regarder des films, pas très intéressant. En résumé, nous allons continuer a faire affaire avec VRBO mais pas avec le tierce partie Vacasa.
