Welcome to our lovely Houston home! Located in the heart of the city, this beautifully decorated condo offers convenience and comfort to our guests.

Our home is just a short walk or ride away from some of the city's top attractions, including Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium, and the Houston Medical Center. You'll also be within walking distance of the city's best restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

We hope to host you soon and provide you with a memorable stay in Houston!

The Space:
The condo features a spacious living area with a fantastic pool view, comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge.

The bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern with a shower/tub combo and all the necessary toiletries.

We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guest will have the whole unit to themselves

Other things to note:
We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors.

A rental agreement must be signed by the guest reserving the property and will be automatically sent after you reserve the property. A government-issued ID will be required on the agreement.

Cameras are installed outside for security purposes.

Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues. We do not offer refunds for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. We have routine pest control scheduled by professionals.

This property is very nice, spacious, clean and has amazing amenities! It’s located in a nice neighborhood and is close to food and shopping. We loved our stay and will be booking again when we return to Houston.

Overall experience was below average. The pool smelled feces. We thought it came from the cats roaming around the pool area. The water in the unit went out for about 8 hours. The furnishings were outdated, and were mostly with very low quality. We cannot recommend this place to our families and friends.

Nice stay

Nice property. Apartment was quite a walk from parking garage. Not a lot of seating space in living room and the couch/futon was not very comfortable. Bed in second bedroom had plastic cover on matress and not comfortable. Pool area was very nice and property felt very safe.

First I’ll say this I’m very hard to please when it comes to where my family and I lay our head. But our host Tanisha made our stay a pleasant experience. Tanisha is Quick w/responses to any of my questions. Condo is exactly as described in listing. Very well maintained condo. Lite Snacks provided as well as cups cutlery and plates. Everything works stove microwave refrigerator AC dishwasher etc. Loved the balcony with pool views and 4 lounge chairs. Check in/Out process was smooth and easy. Safe neighborhood very quiet. TV in every room. Towels in every bathroom. My only complaint well my dislike are the pillows. Very thin and cheap I took some of my own towels and stuffed inside pillow case to give my neck and head some support. Other than that i have no other complaints! I definitely recommend and if the good lord says the same will Return and stay here again for Dream Con 2026.

Medical Visit with Family

The host was very helpful. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed while we were there. The host responded quickly and resolved all the issues in a timely manner. The location was great for our purpose and the home very clean. The couch left something to be desired as far as comfort goes. The kitchen needed a little love.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 small children while visiting family. Great neighborhood and plenty of space for us. Being able to swim at the pool was a great bonus and the host was very responsive when needed. Only downside is that it’s kind of a trek walking from the garage but I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Comfortable clean and modern

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at this place very much. It was clean, modern, spacious and exactly as it appeared on VRBO listing. Location is close to the NRG stadium, grocery stores, really good restaurants, close to the center of the city. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable with great pool

We stayed two nights with our granddaughters (15 & 8). Everything was as posted. The girls really enjoyed the pool as well as the en suite bathroom. We had a great time playing the games that were available. Convenient location...grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and very quick and easy to get to my appointments at MD Anderson. Would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay in a nice area and a clean place. The area was centrally located to all the places we planned to visit. The host made sure everything was ok and was accessible when needed. When I visit Houston again I will be checking for this spot again. Thanks again.

Comfort, Cleanliness, and Convenience

This place is a jewel -- it has everything you need, is spotlessly clean, and is close to the medical center, shopping, NRG, and the river trail. TaNisha is an incredible host: she communicates well, is very responsive, and truly cares about the guest experience. She's the best host I've had in my many VRBO stays. I highly recommend this home and would stay here any time.
