About Jean-Paul Samaha
I've lived in San Francisco since 1989, having just completed my Master's Degree at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. I've worked as a residential realtor with Vanguard Properties in San Francisco since 2005. We've now opened new offices in Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and Sebastopol, and I can be of assistance to my clients in Sonoma as well - As I come to love and enjoy the wine country tremendously !
Jean-Paul Samaha purchased this House in 2015
Why Jean-Paul Samaha chose Healdsburg
I discovered No Name Road over 10 years ago as one of my best friends has owned a home nearby and he'd been extremely generous in sharing it over the years - We've spent magical weekends and holidays here with friends and family. I live in San Francisco, just over an hour's drive away - and it was always my dream to have a vacation home here where I can have quick escapes and the ability to share it with friends, family and now of course the larger community.
What makes this House unique
There is something about this location that is so peaceful and relaxing. Perhaps it is all the views of vineyards, sky, an old forest or the spectacular view of Mt. St. Helena. We have so much bird life that varies throughout the year and at night you sit outside and just star gaze for hours. Even in the winter, it is beautiful here though my favorite times are the spring, summer and fall seasons. We have lovingly landscaped the property over the years so that almost year round there is something in bloom. Wisteria cascades over the arbor along the back of the house providing shade to the patio in the summer and in April when it's in bloom you can catch its fragrance throughout the property. When the wisteria stops blooming the pink climbing roses take their turn in the spotlight. I guess you can tell that I love this place...
