Beach front 3 bedroom 3 bath unit located on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This family friendly unit is spacious at approx 1300 sq ft . Recently remodeled, new appliances, and comfortable bedding. Kitchen is furnished with all the essentials and more for cooking in or restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
Living room and gulf-side king bedroom have direct balcony access overlooking beach and gulf. Street side bedroom features 2 queens, direct balcony access and a walk in shower. Middle bedroom has queen bed and attached bath.
The zero entry pool is one of the largest pools in West Beach. Separate kiddie pools are located on each end of the pool deck along with a shaded sitting area. Beach chair & umbrella rentals are available.

Parking passes are purchased directly from security guard at Ocean House. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the condo association. Price is subject to change without notice.
Cleaning fee includes bed linens and towel set-up. No daily maid or towel service is provided or available. No beach towels are provided.
There is a security camera on site that records traffic in/out of the unit entrance. If determined that occupancy is above the limit or age requirement is not adhered to, the rental agreement will be terminated and all occupants will be required to vacate the unit immediately.

A Drivers License copy will be required for proof of age prior to booking approval.
