Cozy 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Cottage near the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for a couple, 2 couples, or a small family. Fish from onsite dock or bring your boat! This cottage is steps from a communal floating dock and boat ramp. This cottage also has private beach access to Crescent Beach, directly across A1A.

Kitchen- Refrigerator, 4 burner stove with oven, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, 12 cup Mr Coffee Pot, two coffee filter packs with coffee and starter coffee condiments, pots and pans, utensils, dishtowels,mitt, potholder, extra coffee filters. Welcome pack of paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and dishwasher pods.

Rates for this Cottage are for 2 Adults. Any other occupants must be approved in advance. Any occupants over 16 require a $25.00 per person per night up charge plus tax. We do not up charge for Children under 16. Max occupancy for this cottage is 6 persons however only comfortable for sleeping 4.

Weekly rentals will run Saturday to Saturday in the peak season. Minimums may apply during holidays.
