Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom apartment built in 1895 features a traditional floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations, a shared backyard, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.
The heating system will only be available in October until the end of April, or the beginning of May.
Start your day with Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Bruegger's Bagels, or a local favorite The Knotty Pine a short walk away!
Laundry machines are not available for guest use at this time, however there is a local laundromat nearby about 1.2 miles away.
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on v\VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
