This luxury 1,100 sq. ft. 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom apartment has its own separate building entrance and is fully ADA accessible. Tastefully appointed and decorated with the original art by local artists, this cozy suite features a modern kitchen, a beautiful sitting / dining area with a wall to ceiling bay window, a private porch, and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a large smart TV set. A washer / dryer is in the unit. Very fast internet connection is included.
The suite has is own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.

First, Stas was the perfect host! He communicated with us before and during our stay. He offered to show us around the neighborhood. Could not have asked for a better host. The house/apartment was perfect in every way! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, even had shopping bags to use (Massachusetts is a bring your own bag while shopping state)! Everything was provided - shower soap, shampoo, clothes washing detergent, dryer sheets, blow dryers - you just had to show up with your clothes! The neighborhood is wonderful with a collection of shops, restaurants, chocolate/candy stores - and the best croissant in Massachusetts bakery on the corner! The Metro stop is just around the corner a half block away to take into the heart of Boston - the red line goes directly to Boston Common! We would definitely rebook this location again if we return to Boston. My only caution is about parking - it’s very tight. We had a mid-size SUV and working our vehicle in and out of the parking area was a challenge, but not impossible.

The place is in an excellent location, just steps from the T, a French pastry shop and some really great restaurants! It accommodated us well with our friends and Stas was very responsive! We highly recommend staying here when visiting Boston!

Stas has done a wonderful job thinking of everything to make one's stay comfortable. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, is close to great coffee shops and restaurants, is close to Newton Centre, and was wonderful for exploring Boston and Chestnut Hill. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Communication was great, and Stas even sent along suggestions for places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two young adult children. The location was perfect with easy access to neighborhood restaurants and the T stop literally a two-minute walk.Stas met us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend his place!

Perfect Lodging for a trip to Boston!

We had a lovely stay in this clean and spacious first floor apartment in a beautiful suburb of Boston. The apartment was fully supplied with what we needed for our stay- and we were even greeted with some extra touches - a bottle of wine on the dining table and a supply of ground coffee for the modern drip coffee maker. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available in addition to a dishwasher. The area near the building is very walkable and the T station is literally steps away. and Stas was a great host. He checked in frequently by text and was prompt in answering any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place for anyone who is visiting the Boston area.

We brought another couple who had never been to Boston and this was a great place for all of us to stay. We parked our car and didn’t move it for three days. The T Station is literally right behind the apartment. Stas has done a wonderful job of making it a clean, bright place to stay. Highly recommend for two couples.

My favorite place in Boston!

I have lost track of how many times I have spent at this property and each how been better than the last and it’s why we always return: it feels like coming home! 5 stars for location, convenience, hospitality, quick response from Stas (always!), comfort, cleanliness and a place that has really thought of everything. If you ever need anything while a guest, all you need to do is ask. Thanks you for the memories and I hope we return before long! Also - I highly recommend taking a jog or a still to the nearby lake as well as the coffee house/bakery across the street and Irish Pub has great food and service too. Cheers!

Perfect spot for family visiting Boston area

The apartment is extremely comfortable for family of 4. Much more space than similar-priced hotel room. The host made everything easy. The location is great, this part of Newton has many restaurants and shops within 2-minute walk. Also next door to train stop for easy access to Boston. We have just moved to this neighborhood and stayed here while our home renovations were being finished; we will highly recommend this location to anyone coming to visit!

Great stay for city and burbs

This place was a great base for exploring both the city and our trips to the burbs! Clean and bright. The neighborhood is charming—french bakery mornings, coffee and chocolatier, fun night at the Irish pub, and a couple nice restaurants all just a quick stroll away. The T station is literally right there, making it super easy to hop into Boston. And Stas—friendly, super communicative, and always ready to help.

Family Vacation

We were in the perfect location for our vacation. Right next to a pub and a french bakery and other local businesses. Travel into Boston was made easy as the Newton Highlands subway stop was right next door. Stas was an amazing host with great information on Boston.

Charming Spacious Inn

Just outside Boston. Easy access to historic sites like JFKennedy Museum, Plymouth MA to see the Mayflower, Providence RI, and York Beach Maine lighthouse. Near the Greenline Subway if you'd rather not drive in Boston traffic. The owner is very helpful and available to answer questions. Across the street from a coffe house and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood for walking!

Family Celebrations

This unit, the location, parking, the layout and the outstanding communication with Stas was perfection. There is a small French pastry shop across the street with the finest French roast coffee that has ever been sipped! The quaintness of all the shops was a highlight on our glorious walk on a Saturday morning. Our family had rented a larger house very near by and this unit allowed me and my sister in law to be close, but still have some down time. We both had our own bedrooms, bathrooms and tv. Newton is a lovely destination and when I return, I’ll be renting from Stas, again. Don’t hesitate to book- it’s where you want to stay.

Lovely apartment, close to everything

The owner has created a lovely, clean and bright oasis. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, well furnished. He is also easy to reach and eager to help guests make the most of the area. We hope to stay again.

Visit to Newton

Four days stay in this lovely VRBO. The host, Stas, couldn’t have been nicer. Went out of his way to show us around and to check in on us periodically. It’s clean, bright and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend it and stay there again.

Perfect location

We stayed to look at some Boston area colleges. This property location was perfect location for us close to the city to drive or take the train. It was clean and nice. The town has options to eat and is very nice. The property was perfect for us with the 2 double beds for our teens. Stas was super responsive and we had no problems. I Recommend this property if you stay in the Boston Area!

Stas Gavronsky and his wife, Tatiana, are the owners and operators of The Inn at Newton Highlands. The original idea behind the Inn came from Stas's work in healthcare. He wanted to build a beautiful and comfortable place for the patients and their families who come to Boston for medical treatments and typically require a longer stay. The Inn provided exactly what was needed: a combination of luxury, safety, and convenience of a hotel with a privacy and coziness of a private apartment. The place is also ideal for business travelers, destination wedding guests, and tourists.

This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique apartment-hotel which is located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful, fully remodeled historic building. Careful attention has been paid to preserve the look and charm of the fin-de-siècle 19th-century building, using old archive photographs to replicate the exterior as it once stood. Inside, the building is pure 21st century, with modern rooms, advanced utility systems, and greatly enhanced structural features.
