The space
This house has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, a laundry room, and great living and dining areas, with a TV in each bedroom and living room for entertaining.
The pool area and a private dock have an incredible view, and all the amenities make your stay the best.
A 1/4 mile view up the canal length that takes you to the St Lucie River. Shopping is just up the road. You will have access to a riverfront park and a private boat ramp.
Ocean access is only minutes away to downtown Stuart by boat or car. Public dockage in Stuart gives you access to eclectic shops and restaurants and free concerts every Sunday!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, but the dock is only available on certain days, and an additional charge will apply. Please get in touch with the host before booking.
Other things to note
The property is not entirely fenced, but this house is a pet-friendly paradise, so pet parents have to be aware of their pets. All fur babies must be trained and approved before arrival, and it has an additional charge of $100.

Guests can park up to 3 cars on the driveway, plus the one-car garage is also available for additional parking.

Lockbox location and code will be provided before arrival, and the host will be available at all times for the guest's convenience.
