Spacious, family-friendly home with two comfortable living rooms, each with a fireplace for those cozy nights. This home has central air for warm summer days. Modern amenities, like three Smart TVs and free WiFi, are included. A fully equipped kitchen for those who like to eat in and a barbecue on one of the two decks for outdoor dining. Relax on the lower deck in your private hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. This home can be your home away from home. We have taken over hosting our home personally. It has been on the market since 2020. Kathleen gave us a five-star review: "The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Absolutely perfect for our family reunion of eight. The house was sparkly clean and super well stocked. Everything worked, and it was very homey. It was even decorated for fall. Completely suited to our needs."

8 guests’ maximum. Minimum age requirement to be the primary renter is 25.No commercial photography and filming allowed.

Great rental in Shoreline, Washington

Our rental home in Shoreline Washington was wonderful. Great location and the home was just ideal. Would definitely stay here next time we are in the Seattle area for a visit.

The home is beautiful, as pictured, and included some extra amenities that you don't always see(hand soaps in bathrooms and the kitchen!). The beds are all comfortable! The location allowed us to visit Seattle and nearby Edmond for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants! The hosts were responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The location is about 30 minutes from the airport. The best area for restaurants is Edmonds WA. Depending on the time if day alot of traffic. Property area is quiet.

Family reunion

We can not say enough good things about this home. Leanne and Norm are the perfect hosts who ensure everything you need to feel at home is in their house. Their online manual made it so easy. The house was well stocked and extremely organized so everything was easy to find. We stayed there with our son and his wife and four kids and we hosted dinners with my son and his wife. Our time together was jyst perfect and so much if it was due to the house being so ideal for families. We will definitely stay there again.

Wooded Seclusion

This is a great property that is close to amenities but feels secluded. Our two families (8 people) had a great time and the large kitchen and dining room allowed us to cook family dinners most nights.

Wonderful property

We were in town for a basketball tournament and the location was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean hot tub. Three bathrooms was a nice plus and having two living spaces was also great so kids could utilize one while adults used the other. Prompt responses from the host.

This was a perfect stay for us. Leanne made us feel so welcome and the home has now set the bar for any future VRBO stays for us. Clean, well appointed, excellent communication and it felt like we were staying at a friends house. Could not have asked for better.

Fabulous home

We had a fabulous stay at this property! It was fully stocked and even had a hot tub for us to relax in at the end of the day. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would stay at this property again if we are ever in the area.

Discovery of Pacific Northwest

This was a great location as a home base for our trip to Seattle and Vancouver. The home was off the beaten path but close to food gas and grocery stores. Very comfortable to relax in after a full day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this location

2nd time in Shoreline

This is the second time we have stayed here. Again, the property was clean, well stocked, and in a great location for North of Seattle. The only thing that will make this location better is when the new 1Line station opens at 185th.

Roomy, clean stay

The house was really comfortable for me, my husband, my 88 year Mother, my 2 adult Sons and one of their spouses. We spent mornings on the deck and the hot tub was awesome! Everything very clean. Leanne was easy to communicate with. We loved it!

Hi there! We’re Norm and LeAnne — proud parents of three grown children, now blessed with a wonderful daughter-in-law and son-in-law who’ve become beloved additions to our family.

Norm retired after 45 years in the agricultural industry, and I’m currently serving as the Executive Director of the Big Bend Community College Foundation — a role I find incredibly fulfilling. While we’re both busy in our own ways, we share a common passion: creating a warm, welcoming space where guests feel truly at home.

We believe that hosting is more than just offering a place to stay — it’s about creating comfort, connection, and memorable experiences. Norm brings the calm, grounded presence that only a lifetime in farming can teach, and I bring the joy of hospitality (and a love for cooking!). Our homes are thoughtfully stocked — especially the kitchens — because we know how special it is to gather around a meal, whether you're cooking as a family or just enjoying your morning coffee.

For us, this isn’t just a business — it’s personal. We love sharing the spaces we’ve created with guests from all walks of life, and we take pride in offering the kind of care and attention that turns a stay into a lasting memory.

We love this home and the grounds; they are beautiful. Evergreen trees surround the whole yard, which makes it feel private. Having two living rooms allows everyone to have their own space. You can relax outside on multiple decks or unwind in the hot tub.
