Our Shoreline home has a neighborly community that is quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance, you can visit our local churches, city hall, and community center.

Parking: 5 spaces in front of home; Paved lot has a basketball hoop and orange cones to designate as private entrance

NO PARTIES
In the past, we permitted small parties but guests have abused this privilege. They ignored Quiet Hours between 10PM-7AM. They stole or broke our furniture, decors, and personal belongings. As such, we no longer allow party on site.

We still welcome family and friend events, such as reunion, luncheon, etc. Please indicate your purpose for booking so we can preapprove your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

House rules:
Shoe Free Home - please kindly remove footwear before entering living space
Before your check out, please perform the following to avoid additional cleaning charges:
1. Place dinnerware into dish washer/sink
2. Place all trash into garbage bin
3. No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed in garbage.
4. Turn off all lights, Turn off all heaters
5. Remove used bed linen and pillow cases
6. Don't forget your belongings, e.g., glasses, wallets, purses, phones, etc.
Seattle has a noise ordinance for Loud House Parties (Residential Disturbances)
1. Noise is unlawful if:
a. There is a gathering of more than one person
b. Noise is frequent, repetitive or continuous
c. Noise can be heard at a distance of 75 feet from the property
d. Noise is coming from property in a residentially zoned area
e. Noise is occurring between the hours of 10 PM - 7 AM
2. This is a civil infraction and can carry a fine up to $500.
To comply with this local rule, please keep your party or noise level indoor after 10PM. Do not extend your party or noise level outdoor or on the patio between 10PM - 7AM.

ID Verification: Must provide a state-issued ID prior to check-in for access
