Beautiful property, amazing view

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view was amazing and peaceful. My only few complaints were that the floor was not mopped upon and my daughter was filthy crawling around on her knees and feet, but everything else was very clean. When I messaged through the vrbo app, I did not get a response for weeks until I sent a 2nd message. However, when I called the office, they were very communicative and nice! Lastly, I didnt realize how many people we would have to share the pool with. Its a pretty small pool but it seemed like new families were always going in and out which was kind of a bummer for privacy sake. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as the location is absolutely perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, everything was exceptional, and can easily say that it was 5-star across the board. That said, I would make three suggestions to the owner / management company.1) Better description of where / how to access the property.2) There was some misinformation coming from the management company. The wi-fi password was incorrect (the correct password was on a sign at the property) and that the owner gave permission to use beach chairs, umbrellas, etc where the management company said (a few times) that those were not to be touched. We ended up spending about $75 on beach stuff and then saw the note from the owner saying it was ok.3) The grout and tile work in the main bathroom shower needs work.Regards,Richard

Family spring break

We had a great stay with our kids 7yo and 5yo for spring break. The house has a great location and very close to Cortez and Coquina beaches along with the Bridge Street restaurants and shops. Pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use for 2 days but that was the only negative of our stay. House has plenty of towels, kitchen items and space for a family of 4!

Great Location and -Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo and location. We are reserving for next year. However, we did have some concerns. We are both handicapped and cannot climb stairs. Getting into the condo required climbing outside stairs to use the code to get in. No instructions given aout this. I called to get intructions. Fortunately friends were with us who could climb stairs. There was no hair dryer in the condo. We purchased one. There were three boards missing at the beginning of the pier and we were not able to use it. A UPS package addressed to someone, not us, was left at the condo door. I called the office. The receptionist said he would have someone pick it up, but he did not. We took it to the office 3 days later. All issues were reported immediately to the office both in person and by phone call. While very polite and he did something on the computer with each issue, nothing was done to remedy the issue.

Very nice bay front condo and a short walk to the beach. Secure parking in the garage made it easy to leave all beach stuff downstairs.

There is access to a garage space that allowed us to pull in our beach cart. Speaking of the beach, while this house is on the harbor/sound side, the beach is a short block away with public access 500 feet from the property driveway. 2 blocks away from Bridge Street and the pier with restaurants, bars, and live music.

Great place , views , location, amenities

I would definitely go again. Everything was great except the parking is a little tight. If you have multiple vehicles , I had a pickup that just barely fit in the garage had it not I would’ve been blocking the other property behind it if I left it in the driveway as it’s a right of way. The elevator was a nice touch to get our stuff in and out great view nice place had everything we needed except an iron, but a lot of stuff I didn’t even think of the dock was convenient we could kayak right off of it.

Amazing views perfect location

Everything was as it was described. The location is perfect for enjoying everything on bridge street and just a very short walk to the beach. Sunrises and coffee on the patio was dreamy. Rental office took care of worn out pots and pans swiftly. Would definitely return to this gorgeous location.

Reviewer Comments: We go on family trip every year to AMI at Christmas and try to stay as close as possible to Bridge st. The Hibiscus location was at a great location and we really enjoyed staying there for the most part. The biggest drawback is the parking situation. There is only room for (1) vehicle and that's even tough sometimes at times. We havea a lot of friends and family down on AMI the same time as us. There was no place for them to park if they wanted to stop by. Because of that we probably will not be staying there again. If you're not concerned about the parking it's a great place to stay.

Perfect for us!

The location was great, the house was perfect for our family (2 adults, kids 11, 8, 1). We bounced between the pool, the beach (very short walk), fishing on the dock, walking to restaurants/ice cream. Only tips for future guests is to bring your own pillow if possible (theirs are super flat), there is not bathtub if you have a little one (we made do), no need to bring your own beach towels, they have plenty in the closet to use and a washer/dryer, and the house/kitchen is well stocked so no need to overpack! We couldn’t get the key to work in the elevator but load your luggage/stuff at the bottom then hit the CALL button on the second floor and the elevator comes up!

Ami getaway

We loved loved our house the week and a half we were in AMI! Watched dolphins off the porch! Beach EASILY walked to! Bay side does get a little smelly but not enough to keep us out of the pool! Pool is a bit on small side but perfect for my 5 yr old, could touch the whole time, no worries for mom! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants!

Beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is so spacious and we were lucky not to have any neighbors staying upstairs during our entire stay. Unfortunately other homes right next door liked to be loud into the night and disturbed our sleep a couple of nights. We kindly asked them to quiet down as it was close to midnight but they refused so we decided to call the police since there’s a noise ordinance past 10pm. The views from dining/living area over the bay are just gorgeous. That’s what sold me on the condo from the pics. Being there in person was even better. The amenities are top notch and the kitchen has everything you will need for a week long stay. The beds are comfy but the pillows are just ok. This unit is on the second level and accessible by one set of stairs. We did have access to the garage but the elevator was not working during our stay. The walk to the beach was very easy. I’d say about 3 minutes. You do have to cross the main drag, Gulf Dr. We enjoyed riding the trolley. The trolley stop was a very close walk. Bridge Street is also very close but far enough to not hear all the noise. Our stay wasn’t perfect but we enjoyed our time on AMI very much and would recommend RVA.

Hibiscus Condo checked all the boxes, the condo was stunning and the view of the bay a treat. Loved watching the boats, seeing the fish swim under the lighted dock at night and even saw a few dolphins swim by. The location could not be better, short walk to Bridge Street, the Gulf a block away and Trolley stop at end of street. RVA was very helpful and responsive. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Condo was very clean and well appointed, the outside patio's floor needed a little cleaning but interior was spotless.

Heaven on earth!

We loved our stay at Hibiscus condo! Having coffee every morning on the patio overlooking the bay was a bit of “heaven on earth!!” It was a beautiful yet very comfortable home-we enjoyed every second of our stay!!
