Sea Breeze: Pool home in perfect central location

This 3 bed 2 bath island oasis will take you back to the days of old Florida charm, but in a modern and well appointed setting. It is nestled away on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Located within walking distance to the award winning Beach Bistro and many other shops and restaurants, this home will give you everything you want in an island escape, while still allowing you the luxuries that you would hope for on a tropical vacation. Featuring a private, heated, salt water pool and spa with multi-colored light show.

The oversized deck directly off the kitchen and family room, benefits from continual sea breeze while allowing guests to admire the lush tropical landscaping. Deck is complete with seating for 12 and a BBQ grill.

As you retire for the evening, you'll find an oversized master bedroom and bath (walk-in shower, double vanity, jacuzzi tub) with walk-in closet (the closet is the perfect size for a travel crib and offers complete blockage from light). The second bedroom is complete with a king bed and large accordion door closet. Lastly, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a lower double bed and upper twin bed. Additionally, there is a trundle bed underneath.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great house!

We absolutely loved this place. Clean, well maintained and stocked with all of the basics we needed. The location was great and the pool was perfect. We had one issue with the hot tub the first day and someone was out and fixed it within an hour. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze! We did have an issue getting the door unlocked when we arrived. We called the emergency number and were assisted immediately. The only recommendation I would have is that each bedroom have a good fan. Definitely recommend this place!

Top notch property with all the amenities

The four of us (two couples on vacation) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this clean and beautifully designed home. It's two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, which we appreciated. When the weather was cool, we still enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. This place was very comfortable and perfect for our vacation.

Wonderful rental! Almost everything is new and beautifully decorated. Easily sleeps 7. Private pool and hot tub. Excellent location to the beach, just 2 blocks. Short bike or car ride to the heart of downtown Anna Maria. We would definitely rent again!

Amazing!

This property feels just like home!! It had everything we needed to make our trip very memorable and we will def use this location again and again! The porch is so relaxing after a long day out shopping or on the beach, and the pool is just pure perfection!! Then you walk in to the perfectly decorated home, I just can’t say enough good things. We were very happy with our stay here and did not want to leave! Thank you for sharing ☺️

Great property, pool, and location!

Exceeded expectations! The rooms, beds, amenities, and layout were very comfortable.- a beachy upscale vibe. The pool and porch were lovely and a great escape from the warm sun. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. Property management team were quick and helpful! Anna Maria Island and surrounding areas were enjoyable. I would go back to AMI in a heartbeat! ❤️

Awesome Property!

My husband, three kids and I had the best week! The house came with everything we needed for a great spring break, including towels, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, pool and hot tub, and wifi for my college-age daughter. DIPS Ice Cream on Pine Street is the best we’ve had and shouldn’t be missed. Beach Bum Rental on Pine St delivered bikes and picked them up at no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again!

2021 getaway

This is our 3rd year coming to Anna Maria Island with our kids. We were very pleased with the location of the house. Some of the beach items were beyond worn out (umbrella completely torn up). We loved the patio/deck and enjoyed many meals on it. The house was clean and updated and had the necessary plates/silverware etc. A few more towels and pool towels would’ve been nice as we had three adults, two toddlers and an infant, instead of having to wash every day. Check in/out was a very easy process. Pool was very clean, although it is mostly shaded for majority of the day. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Family stay

This was an excellent rental property. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with kids 6, 4 and 1 yo. Easy 5 min walk to the beautiful beach and the pool was very nice. The house has been updated and decorated beautifully. The kids room was great with a bunk bed and my kids loved the whale theme. I gave the rental property communication 4/5 because I did call ahead to see if there was a high chair and pack n play at the property. I was told no but there was definitely both plus other baby gear. We ended up renting those items from a company which was a smooth process but would have been nice to avoid that extra fee. We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island and this house!

Perfect!

We had a terrific February break stay. The location was perfect. It was Walkable to everything, we walked 4-5 miles on the beach and/or through town and quiet streets each morning. The pickle ball tennis basketball courts were also a short walk, 5 mins., and super fun, for us and our teen boys. A mile down the beach to Holmes Beach at Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe where there was food/volleyvall courts and a bit more of a teen friendly scene…and not quite two blocks walk to a beach entrance where it was a bit quieter, there were still plenty of people around, but nicely spaced. Beaches are gorgeous, 65-68 temps allowed for great activity, and the warm sun we were craving, we got plenty of sun! The house is perfectly appointed and very nicely decorated with quality furnishings. There were -5 or 6 beach chairs in the garage and a wagon to haul them in. The pool and hot tub were perfect and nice and warm and the porch is a terrific spot to hang out. Beds were comfy, showers had nice water pressure. Great fun outdoor bar/dining, The Ugly Grouper is a 5 minute walk away with live music every night. Nothing negative to say. We slept well, had a ball exploring on foot and in the car, there was lots to do and it is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Our boys brought their skateboards and enjoyed the skate park and were able to skateboard all over the island, total hit with them! I would not hesitate to book this home. Fantastic spot and perfectly appointed. Check in and out was easy.

Worth every penny

We stayed here for 4 days as a get away from our home in Orlando. The home was beautiful very clean and was just as described. We had our 20mo with us and were happy to see a pack and play in one of the rooms since our rental crib wouldn’t arrive till the following day. There is also a high chair, beach chairs, wagon, and a few kids toys! The pool was the perfect temp and the spa didn’t take very long to heat up, the lights were a bonus. There is also a propane grill. We spent a lot of time on the outside deck it was so cozy! The walk to the beach was literally 2 streets down and it was not very crowded which is exactly what we wanted. Few things to note. The AC. The rooms get very cold but the main living area stays pretty warm and takes a long time to cool down. Only a concern for us since we need the room a certain temp range for our baby during naps and bedtime. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold the first day. Nothing in the freezer would stay frozen. We adjusted the temp and it was fine going forward. Dishwasher we only used on the last day to put the last few dishes we didn’t feel like hand washing and upon opening it had a mildew smell, probably needs a cleaning cycle. Other than those minor things… everything was perfect and we will definitely book here again for our next AMI stay.

Great outdoor space with huge porch and nice pool. The interior was perfect too.

I would definitely go back. All new interior with excellent bathrooms and a great open layout. I fell in love with the covered porch. Great pool area for adults. Nice outdoor eating space and furniture both on the porch and by the grill. Walk to the beautiful beach was easy.

Loved it!

Our stay coincided with the Coronavirus outbreak and increasing restrictions, so we spent a lot of time at home. We were lucky that Sea Breeze was so comfortable and had a nice pool and spa. Unfortunately, there were a few glitches with the pool’s filtering system and the home’s AC, but Sato addressed both problems immediately, which was greatly appreciated. The home has spacious and bright rooms and a lovely covered porch. We will be back to AMI and hopefully Sea Breeze when there’s not a pandemic!!

Great Week! Need beach chairs...

This is a great property on Anna Maria Island! It's clean, well laid out, and nicely decorated. The walk to the beach is in fact very quick - we rented bikes so also biked to the beach (it's 3 blocks). The trolley is literally right around the corner so also super convenient and easy to get to. We had cooler weather than we hoped for but still had an amazing time. The pool is not super sunny all day but there is sun for part of the day and it's well protected from the wind so on a windy day for the beach it was a nice alternative. We also liked being upstairs (the living quarters are all on the 2nd floor). A couple of items that we think could be improved: 1. The property doesn't supply any beach chairs. This was mentioned in the description but for those flying in (like us) it's not an option to bring your own and it seemed a bit crazy that the owners couldn't go to Costco or Publix and buy a few fold up chairs. I checked at Publix and they are $15/chair. I nearly bought one for the week but then didn't because of the weather. For $60 the owners could easily supply 4 chairs and it would make a huge difference to the enjoyment for the stay. 2. It wasn't clear from the description or photos online but the pool is not accessible from the living space (or viewable from there). This was fine for us, as I was there with two teenagers but if we had younger kids it would have been an issue because someone would have had to walk down and around the back with them anytime they went to the pool and you can't see the pool area from the house which would be a safety concern with younger kids. I think it should be mentioned better in the description. Other than those two items the property was great - I'd certainly rent it again (if they get some beach chairs) ;)

Fun, Sun, and just what the Dr ordered!

The house was exactly as described and showed in the pictures! It was just the right amount of space for our family of 5. The proximity to the beach was perfect! We rented bikes and road everywhere on the island! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, the trolly is fantastic!

This was the perfect spot to stay, we were in walking distance of all “key” attractions. We were walking distance of ocean/ easy access to trolly and monkey bus. The place was great. We were very happy with the set up on the house! The only complaint/ and it was probably on my part was the sun didn’t hit the pool since we went in January. But honestly this place was great!

We really enjoyed our vacation. This property is in the ideal location to take full advantage of AMI. We were able to park the car for the most part of our vacation and explore the area on foot or by bike. We enjoyed many walks exploring Anna Maria and Holmes Beach. There are great shopping areas, beautiful homes and landscaping to walk around and see. Of course, you can't leave out the great beach walks! The beach is close and walking the coast and looking for shells was one of our favorite activities. This was our second trip to AMI and our second rental with the Sato team. Our first experience with the Sato team and Sato property was such a good one, we looked forward to another rental with them. The Sato Real Estate team makes the whole vacation rental process easy and smooth from start to finish. They provide great step by step information from off hours check-in to checking out of the property. They represent their properties well. This property checked all the boxes of our vacation needs and then some. It is very clean and well maintained. But more importantly it is a very comfortable home with great indoor and outdoor living spaces. We appreciated being able to spend time on the big deck with plenty of outdoor furniture in the mornings, evenings, and on those questionable weather days. It was also nice to park under the deck and keep the car and bikes out of the weather. There was even a convenient hose spigot that was helpful to clean the sand off after a visit to the beach. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. Another simple but important convenience is it is located only minutes from a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and many great restaurants. The only bad thing is not having more time to enjoy the home and the area!

Relaxing vacation! This was on our bucket list to spend Christmas at the beach with our kids🎄❤

Loved loved loved this house! The location, the cleanliness, and all the room was suberb! The private pool and hot tub was absolutely amazing! We are a tad bit spoiled now and don't want to have to share anymore😍The only 2 things that could have even possibly made our stay better is if the pool didn't have so much shade- we love our sun! And would have been even better though after driving 14 hours to arrive if the key code could have just been emailed to me instead of picking it up especially since it wasn't actually a key?! We noted hot tub had turned brown on our return from shopping on Friday and it was immediately addressed! Overall, this beautiful property allowed our family to have a very relaxing and wonderful Christmas and vacation! This was our first time visiting AMI and we are already planning to return in the summer❤

We had a great time!!

The property was well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi and we were within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shops. We hardly used our vehicle and took advantage of the trolley which was great!
