Escape as a couple, with family or friends! Here is a new 2 bedroom refuge, fully equipped and at a more than affordable price, 45 minutes from Quebec!

Do you want a vacation with outdoor activities? You are located between Mont Ste-Anne and the Massif de Charlevoix! The most beautiful trails in Quebec await you!

Come and relax around a campfire under the stars ... nothing better after a delicious meal on the BBQ in good company :)

Beautiful 2 bedroom chalet, nice warm room with TV, really clean bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. Everything was furnished in 2021. Come and enjoy the cleanest chalet in the region!

A few minutes from Mont Ste-Anne, you are close to a multitude of trails on the banks of the rivers and with a view of the majestic mountain. Obviously, this is the paradise of bike trails and ski slopes!

On the other side, it's the Massif de Charlevoix! Descend the mountain while plunging into the magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River.

Around the corner from your shelter? The Quebec-Oies farm, with delicious products ... take the time to stop for a little visit! Not very far either, there is the farm of Canardises just as nice to visit.

You are at the gates of Charlevoix, a little tour in the magnificent village of Baie St-Paul is essential. Why not stop by for a visit to the Casino?

Take a trip to the Canyon du Mont Ste Anne for a more adventurous activity, or simply go for a walk on the Sentiers des Caps de St-Tite ... the most beautiful trail in Quebec!

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The place was the perfect size for our group. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to ski both Le Massif and Mont St Anne and this was right in the middle of both.

Just what we were looking for

Perfect location, just so close to all attractions in the area. Yet quiet and relaxing . Lovely chalet. Cozy, perfectly equipped and very comfortable. The hot tub a definite plus! What a stay . Highly recommended

Great location for skiers

Perfectly situated 15 minutes from Mont Ste Anne and 20 minutes from Le Massif so we skied at both. Very comfortable chalet for 2 people, well equipped kitchen with all the cutlery, dishes and cookware we required. The only issue we had was the deadbolt lock tended to freeze and needed de-icer sprayed into it more than once. The night we arrived I was only able to open it after pouring hot water on it from the hot tub, and the next day heated the key on the stove to lock it when we left for the day. Then I went and bought some lock de-icer at a gas station.

Chalet décevant

Pour un tout inclus, nous avons déjà vu pas mal mieux. Surtout que pour 2 nuits avec un chien à 850$. On réserve à chaque année(2-3) Pour commencer, le manque d’item : le savon à vaisselle (ce qu’il restait ne couvrait même pas le fond de la bouteille); les essuie-tout/kleenex (aucun); le propane (la bouteille était vide); les sacs à poubelles, aucun à l’extérieur et un seul (très minuscule) dans la poubelle. Bien sûr, on a écrit et on nous a dit d’aller en chercher dans la réserve (ça aurait du être fait avant notre arrivé). Quand on prend possession du chalet à 17 h, on a envie de s’installer et de profiter, pas de faire ce qui n’a pas été fait par les autres. Déjà qu’on doit arriver tard, ce serait le fun de ne pas avoir à courir après les choses manquantes. Serviette à vaisselle : une seule pour tout le séjour (voyons !!! à 4 dans un chalet, on en fait de la vaisselle, une seule serviette ce n’est vraiment pas suffisant (il en faut 3 minimum). Pour la lingerie, pas moyen d’en avoir d’autres. Le BBQ montré sur la photo était de grosseur standard alors que celui qu’on avait était minuscule. Pour ce qui est de la propreté, c’est moins que passable, nous avons passé le balais à notre arrivée car il y avait du sable dans les chambres, nettoyé la table, la poigné du frigidaire … des mégots de cigarette dans des contenants à l’extérieur . 3 chaises autours du feu à l’extérieur . Honnêtement, pour le prix payé ce n’est pas une expérience que je vais recommander.

10 rang St-Leon St-Tite-des-Caps

Petit chalet mignon, intérieur accueillant et bien équipé (il n’y a pas de filtres pour la cafetière), la climatisation est appréciée.Endroit assez calme. En comparant ce chalet à celui situé au 12 on peut remarquer que l’équipement extérieur du chalet 10 a besoin de soin: chaises et table en bois dont la peinture s’écaille et il manquait d’eau dans le spa. C’est plus agréable à l’intérieur du chalet qu’à l’e terreur. en mé linge brisée.

Pour écouter la télé ce n’est pas la bonne place ça ne fonctionne pas et personne pour venir régler

Nous aurions apprécié avoir quelqu’un pour nous accueillir et dans le petit quide sur la table il y est écrit que si nous avons besoin de quoi que ce soir appeler moi mais il n’y a aucun numéro de téléphone impossible d’avoir de service sur place de plus après 3 jours à essayer de régler le problème de la télévision une personne de je crois de VRBO je crois m’a répondu par texto désoler il n’y a pas de poste local de télévision incroyable une tel réponse car partout où j3 vais en vacance il y a toujours moyen d’avoir les postes de base tel que Rdio Canada TVA etc etc .
