Welcome to Tres Casa. Our cozy home is kid friendly. Tres Casa has a beautiful fire pit along side swinging benches. And huge playset for kids. Enjoy a beautiful time at the Michigan Beach within 5 minutes away.

Tres Casa is centered from South Haven & St. Joseph. Our home is secluded on a 2 acre property with private driveways. You can enjoy the Tub with Jets in the Master Bedroom . We offer a foosball table, air hockey table, outdoor zip line, and Gazebo. Back deck has a table for 6 and Gazebo has seating for 8 to 10. Amenities include Internet, WIFI, Gas Grill, Kids playground and zip line. Firewood is provided for outdoor pit and indoor Fire Place. Property is treated for mosquitos monthly.

We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and water boards. Home has water softener and filtered water. We also provide a high chair and stroller upon request.

Nice Weekend

We were a group of 7 adults and had a nice weekend stay. The house was clean and well furnished and the outdoor area is great. When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which made showers difficult; the futons are literally in the middle of the main hallway which is kind of awkward, so they may be suitable for kids, but not really for adults (we didn’t need to use them so it was fine). Overall, it was a good space for our needs.

Family get-away

The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. Location was good, it was nice that you couldn't really even see any other homes from the property, even though they were reasonably near by. The games and zip line were excellent for the kids. All areas of the house (inside and out) were set up really well for guest occupancy / usage. Family room, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, gazebo, deck with gas grill - nice layout and good condition. We enjoyed our stay.

ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY

THE WEEKEND GETAWAY WAS VERY NICE. THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, DECORATED VERY NICE, CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING, REMOTE, QUIET, AND BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. A VERY GOOD RAPPORT WITH PROPERTY OWNER AS WELL. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. THIS PLACE WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILY AND OR FRIENDS TO GET TOGETHER. MY WIFE AND I WERE THERE FOR OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND TRULY ENJOYED OURSELVES.

Tres Casa is private and fun

Stayed with my Mom and Sister around Labor Day. Was comfortable, well appointed, the play equipment in the yard was a hit with the nieces and nephews who live in Watervliet and stopped by, and they loved the airhockey, too. Would consider staying at this property again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Bach party

My friends and I stayed for a Bach party and the house was very clean and nice besides a few broken drawers and the false advertisement of a hot tub our stay was very pleasant. They did have extra necessities like wireless chargers, bug spray and lotion. The home was also decorated very cute

A great property and a helpful owner

This property was exactly as promised. Although it is near the interstate, it is still on a large and secluded plot of land. Our kids (ages 5 to 15) enjoyed the amenities, including the zipline and the fire pit area. The property was clean. There was a small issue during the week with the house (not the owner's fault) and the owner immediately called someone to take care of it while we were out at the beach. We had plenty to do in the area, including three beach days, the Air Zoo, and the dune rides in Saugatuck. I highly recommend this place.

We love this place!

Our second time here. The kids really wanted to come back, and so did we! Tres Casa is always extremely clean. It’s cute, classy, and full of character and fun! Whenever we are there, whether hanging out in an evening, transitioning between things, or it's a rainy day, there is plenty to do for the whole family! The kids have lots of fun in and outside with the air hockey table, games, playset, and zipline. We have fun sitting inside or outside and love the firepit and screened-in porch. We also like the location, a short drive to St. Joseph and Grand Haven, right in between the two. Thank you Tres Casa! We hope to see you again next year!

Great Place!

We had a lot of fun at this house! There’s a lot to do for the kids, we were very impressed. Very close to Hagar beach too! Highly recommend!

family friendly vacation property

3 generations celebrated grandma's birthday with golf at Pipeline, nightly family time around the bonfire; cooked our own seafood boil! Daily wave jumping in Lake Michigan which was minutes away at Hagar Park. Maritime Museum and Lunda boat ride down black river. Much to do plus the backyard playground.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Tres Casa! The kids loved the zip line and play place. The air hockey table was a great bonus. The towels were plush! The kitchen was well equipped. Filtered water in the kitchen sink. The host was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a great family reunion. Place is nice and secluded.

Great family house!

House was great and the kids loved the air hockey and the play set outside. House was well stocked with basic necessities. Owner was very communicative and responded quickly! Would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Location

I brought my 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids with me. The property was clean and we felt safe during our time there. We had more than enough room and plenty of sleeping space. Beds were so comfortable! The area was close to the highway, but no neighbors "in sight". We will be back!

Mini vaca

My family/friends and I had a great time here. It was the perfect size home for all of us and clean! Our kids loved playing the air hockey table and we enjoyed the swings by the bonfire. Great atmosphere and close to the beach/shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Lots to do!

We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation with a couple of her friends. Great location to local attractions and lots of things to occupy our time! Games and a fire pit. A great grill we used for burgers and hot dogs! Everything we needed for a fun weekend!

Awesome Place

Overall, the property was perfect for our Girl’s Trip. Loved the location and great communication with the host. The batteries in the keypad ended up not working one night. When I contacted the host, help was on the way immediately and the issue was resolved very promptly. The house itself was decorated so cute and layout is perfect. The only thing to mention is that since the property is tucked away and surrounded by trees, we did have a few insects as guests throughout the stay. Other than that, the property was awesome for our trip.

Above and beyond

About an hour and a half before our arrival, the home owner contacted me to let us know that the power was out at the property. We arrived to the property and ran back out to get candles and supplies. The house owner was on their way with a generator and was extremely apologetic about the power outage. When we returned to the house with supplies from the Dollar General the power came back on as we were pulling down the road (thankfully) The house owner pulled in right behind us ready to hook up the generator for us! Fortunately we didn't need it. He went ahead and made sure we were all set up to have a bon fire and checked that there was propane in the screen porch heater. We LOVED the house! Plenty of room and stuff for the kids to do. The nearby beach was great to spend time at together. We had a wonderful trip.
