2200 sq ft house on cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from downtown Las Vegas and 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Patio heater for the winter months. Lots of outdoor seating with a gazebo and bbq grill. Pool is permanently closed.

Mom's 90th Birthday

We traveled as a family to my Mom's 90th birthday party . She loves ves in Vegas and we needed to have a place for our grown son and daughter and two older grand sons. Great location for what we needed. Didn't spend too much time at the house as we were setting up for the big event. We had plenty of space to crash at night. Clean and comfortable. Great location for us as the party was on the east side of Vegas.

Wedding Weekend Stay

They house itself was very beautiful and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other cooking utensils so we could cook meals without issues. We were very disappointed that the pool wasn't accessible even though it was 90° outside. That was the whole reason we booked this rental. It would have been helpful if listed in the information that the pool was seasonal and didn't open till May. As we had our children with us we specifically looked for rentals with a pool to give them more to do in the down time.

Very relaxing and needed staycation

This lovely home was exactly what me and my family needed to enjoy a nice weekend and all get together and make great memories for the summer! The kids were excited about getting wet in the pool but got disappointed when they saw it was not in working conditions for them to get wet. Other than that we felt very comfortable and safe staying in the home for the weekend .I think it should had been announced in advanced that the pool was not in proper condition for people to get wet.
