Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located private bungalow! Perfect for a couple on vacation or weekend getaway.

-Located 1 block (3 min walk) from the beach with public access.

- Just minuets from the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping.

- Close to all outdoor activities CB area has to offer: fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Short drive to historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium.

- Downtown Wilmington and ILM Airport only 45 mins away!

The Neighborhood:
The bungalow is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at the home

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay


There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Very nice updated duplex. The place was perfect to access the boardwalk, which was only 2 blocks away. Smooth check-in and check-out with clear instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location

Perfect location to walk to the beach. We have a an infant and the location made the trips to the beach very convenient. Cozy little condo. It was perfect for what we needed.

Little slice of heaven

We loved our stay. This place is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. A block away from the boardwalk and restaurants. Great location! Furnished well. Will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great time spending our Thanksgiving holidays at this cozy bungalow. Not only walking distance from beach, but there are also many restaurants to choose from nearby without driving. Rooms were spotless and adequate kitchen supplies for cooking. We love the firepit but it was a bit cold & rainy. We'll be back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor was suitable to the building. We were down for two nights but on the second day there were water roaches. We packed up and came home. The beds were hard to sleep on. It was just not a good stay for us.
