ABOUT THE SPACE
Located on a street with little traffic and free street parking. Access the separate entrance via the car port and enter the unit directly through a short staircase.

The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need, including a stove, knife block, Instant Pot and stocked spice rack, as well as a stackable washer/dryer.

In the living room, watch the 50” wall-mounted smart TV from the comfy sofa or shell chair, or get some work done at the desk. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, 32” TV, desk, and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom also comes with a queen size bed, TV, sizeable closet, and full-length mirror. The third bedroom has a twin bed and closet with drawers. All bedrooms have full-sized windows for ample natural light and blackout blinds.

Other things to note
Please note that your hosts live upstairs and have a child, so quiet time is enforced from 9:30 PM and no parties are allowed.

Also, while we personally love pets, the hair bothers other guests and so we can't accommodate.

Year round, the basement has the most comfortable temperatures in the house! It stays cool in summer and toasty in winter. Please note that the thermostat is located upstairs. Temperature can be adjusted upon request.
