Great location to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with lots of kitchen dishes and accessories for making dinners for our large family. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Great place!

We loved the house and the location. It was a great fit for our family needs. We did have problems with parking. Description said that four cars could be accommodated but we all drive large SUVs to accommodate our large families and there was no way to park four vehicles.

Wonderful stay on 30A

I rarely complete these reviews, but feel that Jenni's home deserves it. Beautiful home just as advertised, exceptionally clean, 2 minute walk to the beach. Only small issue we had was addressed immediately despite being a holiday week. Of note, the lighting in the home and bathrooms is fantastic. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank, Jenni, for a super family vacation!

Loved Grand Sunsets!

We absolutely LOVED the location….easy walk to beach. The elevator made transporting goods much easier than hauling them up the stairs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had adult children with us and the first floor apartment was perfect for them. Having the extra ice machine was superb as well! The beach chairs were a really nice addition! Having a private pool is a MUST for us and this one didn’t disappoint. Jenni was VERY responsive and overall we had a fantastic time!

The decks and patios provide the perfect way outdoor living spaces for enjoying the outside. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals. Bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with quality linens and mattresses ensuring a restful night's sleep, while bathrooms are clean and modern, offering showers, bathtubs. We had privacy and felt safe throughout our stay. The host were very helpful with any questions. Loved our stay.

Best Vacation Location Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was more than we were expecting. My family enjoyed the entire week of vacation. The unit gave us everything that we needed and then some. We will definitely be booking through your services again. We only needed to call for services twice and they were every prompt and provided excellent service. Access to the beach was priority for my family and it was only feet from the beach access. Thank you so much for allowing the use of this home. Beautiful, well maintained, excellent decor, and accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the elevator never worked and we heavily relied on that feature when looking for rentals. That was the ultimate let down but besides that everything was great.

Hi Liliana, Thank you for reviewing your stay with us at Benchmark Management. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed this property overall. With that being said, are very sorry the elevator was nonfunctional during your stay. It is never our intention for our guest to not have access to all the amenities provided with the property they have booked, but we are happy we were able to offer you a refund for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. We hope you consider booking with us again at Benchmark Management, we would be glad to have you. Thank you, Benchmark Management

Beautiful rental, poor customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grand Sunsets is a beautiful rental with close proximity to the beach. It has an excellent layout for several families or a larger group. Unfortunately, our stay was not ideal due to the lack of a working oven the entire week. We discovered this the day after our arrival, called maintenance and a part was eventually ordered. While this in and of itself is outside the control of the rental agency, the lack of communication and compensation was borderline ridiculous. We were the ones to reach out to management several times to inquire about whether it would be repaired during the week. The compensation of several hundred dollars as a refund for an integral appliance doesn’t even come close to what we had to spend on eating out, not to mention the time and inconvenience of having to leave the rental. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the rental as a result of Benchmark Managements response and lack of customer service.

Abby, We are glad your party was able to enjoy the beauty, size, and location of Grand Sunsets. We sincerely apologize about the oven being out of order during your stay, and did have a repairman from a local appliance company scheduled. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the stove during your vacation due to a delay in the necessary part getting delivered. If there are any updates on an active maintenance situation, we will reach out to share the news with guests. Since we had no update to provide, we were unable to relay any new communications to you. We are sorry to hear that our attempts to mend the situation were not satisfactory. We are happy to report that the oven has since been repaired and is in working order for our guests to come. We hope we are able to host you at this home in the future for the opportunity to provide a better beach vacation to your party. Thank you, Benchmark Management

Nice, clean place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, new and spacious. Easily walkable to the beach. Plenty of balconies. One negative for us was there were no TVs in the bedrooms. Actually there was only one TV in the entire house connected to real cable (or it might have been satellite)

Pure Perfection!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is beautiful! Elegant Beach themed home just steps off the beach. The home was well maintained, looked brand new and comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 teenagers with room to spare! Everyone had their own space and we loved the Bonus room for the boys- a great addition to the home. The home is well equipped with all you need for your stay. Once there, you have to take advantage of the 5 bicycles and ride into surrounding areas such as Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. And of course going to the 3rd floor lookout to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail as the sun rises or sets. Plenty of options to eat and shop at. The management company was very quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful. A great location for families since the beaches are not too crowded. We will definitely be back!
