Living Room: 50 inch TV~ (POKER TABLE) ~ There is more than enough seating throughout the home, including 4 bar stools in the kitchen which are great for breakfast.

This condo is within walking distance of local dining and shopping, but the best part is that you are across the street from the Ocean (so you AREN'T PAYING Ocean Front prices), while still viewing ocean front scenes and sunsets off your deck. Very well equipped home - Living Room: Telephone/Poker Table/Rocking Chair - Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal, house telephone, small George Foreman grilling machine, small crock pot, and even a random assortment of cooking herbs and spices - There is more than enough seating throughout the home - Master Suite opens up into a private open air porch. Property was lovely. Other than having a dog upstairs howling & very little supplies & the AC not working we had a great time. The location was amazing. The property management company was very responsive though. We will be back!
Great place for our family!!
This is a fantastic condo to stay, especially with a family (there are 5 of us)! So close to the beach and a nice walk to downtown, which is absolutely amazing! Cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! My only negative (which is why I rated this 4 stars, instead of 5) is that you can hear everything from the unit upstairs. We loved everything about the condo and the check-in/out was extremely easy!!
There usually isn't a problem with noise, but every once in awhile there will be guests that are a little loud, which unfortunately is not something we can control. Other than that, we are glad that you enjoyed the condo and your vacation and we hope you come back to see us soon.

The view is amazing. Th location is perfect. Close to town to walk to breakfast/dinner. We enjoyed our time here. Wish big dogs were accepted because I would be back with my husband and boxer. My sisters Pomeranian had a big time!!

Girls get away
Loved the place, very clean, slightly dated, but that didn't matter because the view of the ocean was spectacular. Pictures are true to form. There were many more supplies that I usually have at rentals, spices, oil, games. Only complaint we had was that none of the outlets in the bathrooms were working on the first day, we thought about it and looked at the breaker box and the breaker was tripped. We recommend Rita's in downtown Folly Beach, good food, good drinks!!
Labor Day is our family vacation and we usually stay on the opposite side of center street. Seacoast 6 has now officially changed our minds. The location is GREAT! The condo was very clean and cozy. Each couple had their own bathroom, that was another bonus. We were able to cook dinner 1 night and a 2 block walk to center for breakfast/lunch/dinner for the other meals, very convenient. Beach access was super close as well. We hope to stay there again next year, hope it does not get snagged up.
