Beautiful, spacious 4 season home on tranquil Lovell Lake in Sanbornville, New Hampshire, 10 minutes from Rt 16. Living room and master bedroom have panoramic lake views. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Kitchen has all modern appliances. Dock, 4 kayaks and many floats. Watch the sunset and listen to the loons from a large deck w/ outdoor seating and eating. Work from home setup with lake views. Winter time activities close by- Xcountry skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling. A large assortment of indoor and outdoor games. 5 minutes from the famous Poor People's Pub.

Our 3-generation family loved our time at Lake House!

Thanks to Lisa our host for an excellent stay! Room for all of us. Roomy dock to sunbathe on & swim off of, kayaks, floats. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful deck with grill & lots of space. Just a lovely lake view Lisa resolved a couple of issues quickly & kindly. Highly recommend!

Just Lovely

We had a very nice stay at Lisa's lake house. The house had pleanty of room and everything we could have needed and more. Lisa was great and everything went smoothly. Even though it rained quite a bit we snuck out on the lake every chance we got. Great place to spend time with family!
