About this property

Private Guesthouse near Downtown Phoenix

Our new home is conveniently located near PHX airport and downtown Phoenix, approximately 10 minute drive. It’s close to major freeways. There’s a local coffee shop just around the corner. We are new to hosting and do appreciate any comments and suggestions that will make our house better for our guests.

We offer mid/long term rental.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

No trash in toilet and sinks. All trash must go to the garbage cans. Wipes, diapers, paper towels, food waste, plastic, etc. go into trash cans
