Esta hermosa escapada está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, la Clínica Mayo, la subasta Barrett-Jackson, el Phoenix Open y fácil acceso a ASU, Chase Field y el estadio de fútbol Phoenix, mientras que a solo una milla de la montaña con excelentes vistas. Te encantará el espacio exterior tranquilo y relajante. Ideal para parejas, aventureros en solitario, familias (con niños) y grupos. Espectaculares áreas de comedor y descanso en el patio trasero con retiro de gazebo que brindan una experiencia tipo resort. Nuestro cómodo hogar tiene un montón de espacio al aire libre para asar o cenar o simplemente para tomar el sol. La cocina está equipada con todo el equipamiento que necesita si planea cocinar, además de servicio de mesa para ocho personas. Un surtido de café y té, aceites de cocina y una botella de vino de cortesía. Una opción atractiva y asequible para grupos, familias y parejas. Límite de ocupación es de 7 personas.

Flew in for a long weekend of spring training baseball with my dad and brother. The place had everything! Beds were comfortable, outside patio and landscaping provided an awesome backyard experience.

This property was beautiful. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults. The backyard and patio area was so welcoming. We sat out on the patio each night we were there and my husband and I sat out there each morning. It was lovely.

The host, Cathy, was very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. The house was clean and as described. There was a big backyard, and the location was close to good food, parks and museums. Definitely recommend!

Clean, inviting home! Good low traffic area! Was a great location for everything we did! All the beds were super comfy! Huge backyard with lots of seating! And a great host! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Amazing backyard!

Cathy has clearly put a ton of work into renovating this house. All the amenities you need and a beautiful backyard to relax with your coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening, weather permitting.

We were very pleased with this home. Very tranquil energy and quiet neighborhood. It’s in a central location in the valley and close to the freeways. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils/dishes/silverware that we could need, which is so thoughtful and helpful. The ambiance of the home is great and it was very clean. The backyard is beautiful and allowed for my senior dogs to be comfortable while traveling. Host was excellent and communicated clearly with quick responses. Highly recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

Remote co-workers retreat

The property was perfect for our needs. Easy traveling to and from the airport, grocery store and Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Wifi was able to support all three of us working remotely. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for sharing your property with us!

This was our second time staying here and definitely had more issues the second time. Had issues with the hot water heater and brought it to the attention of the host and ended up taking hours to be taken care of. Also, the cleanliness was iffy as there were dead spiders and scorpions found as well. The place is great but does have a few drawbacks to it.

Michelle rented from us a few months earlier and loved their experience. We have regular pest control and have never had an issue or bad review. We pride ourselves of providing a clean, beautiful space for our guests. They did let us know they were not getting hot water and within 1 hr I had a plumber there to relight the pilot light and hot water was restored. On the last day, They sent us a picture of my office door (always locked with valuables inside) propped open which suggests they tried to get in the room. I questioned them since I keep that room locked at all times and they had no response. I am very suspect at this stage since they were locals and never shared why they returned a 2nd time.
