Roswell stay

The home is in a central location in town and close to the alien museum, restaurants, and other attractions. The house was spacious and comfortable. After a long drive, we all slept well. I recommend this property and would stay here again

Winter Heights

Explored Roswell (and did some hunting) for the weekend - had an amazing stay at this property. Had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids. Clean, safe, and good sized beds!

Lovely place!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here while visiting the Roswell area. The house is spacious, clean, has everything you need, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s also super close to the museums and town. Highly recommend!

Cross country honeymoon trip

One of THE BEST VRBO's we've ever stayed at. Clean, lots of amenities n little extras, super comfy beds, close to downtown attractions. The area itself is a little depressing but this place is a diamond in the rough. Wish all properties were this good. Highly recommend.

Great hosts with lots of extras

Great location within a short drive to downtown Roswell. Great communication by the host both before and during our stay. The rental was clean and well stocked with the things we needed for our stay (soda, bottled water, snacks, condiments, lots of towels, etc!). The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed early mornings on the simple patio. This was an A+ host and the rental was great for our family of 4. .

A week in Roswell

My mother and I had some business in Roswell. This was ideal allowing us to be available for both appointments and a side trip to Carlsbad caverns. Very close to institute and anything else you might need.

Quick Stay

Roswell isnt a town new to us, but we usually stay in motels or in our trailer. This timebit wasna quick trip to pick up show goats in Artesia and we thought we miggt go check out the Downs while we were there. The hosts were absolutely welcoming and accommodating to us during the stay. We kniw a lot of show families that attend Eastern New Mexico State Fair and will be recommending this home to them (unless we choose to book for ourselves first)!

Cross country trip

We've stayed in many VRBO properties iver the last few years and this place is one of THE BEST We've stayed in. Great location to Roswell attractions, clean, lots of attention to detail and thoughtful amenities, comfortable mattresses. No dishwasher but we didnt really cook. May i suggest adding a pizza cutter to the utensils available. Only thing about the property that is even remotely negative was the surrounding neighborhood was but that wouldnt keep us from recommending to othets. We felt safe.

Comfortable, clean and thoughtful

The host knew we were having a family trip with 2 kids, so they left snacks and some cute activities (coloring book and memory game) for the kids to play with. They played with them too! It was so thoughtful and a great start to a great stay! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Only thing to note is there's no dishwasher, which wasn't a problem for us but might matter to some folks. Close drive to downtown alien attractions, and we took a daytrip to Carlsbad Caverns. Perfect place for our long weekend with our family of 4. Would definitely stay there again!
