A warm welcome to Seaside Haven

When you walk into the cottage take a deep breath and leave your worries at the door. Our bright and spacious home provides a combination of comfort and sophistication that eases your senses.

As you exit the French doors your view of the conservation areas and surrounding hills is relaxing. The sounds of the Pacific Ocean deepen this feeling of calm.

The designated chefs will be delighted with the fully equipped kitchen, an unparalleled selection of spices and an international library of cook books. The meals can be served on the extendable glass table in the dining room (seating 8) and 3 barstools give a finishing touch to the island bar. The gas grill on the wraparound porch is perfect for a sizzling family barbecue.

In quiet times, when the kids are napping or the grandparents are watching them at the community pool the readers can relax on the stylish yet comfortable couches and delve into the “take a book leave a book” library. We ourselves have an interest in fossils and minerals which are displayed throughout the house. Among others you can also find few books on these topics on the shelves.

There are 2 Smart TVs hooked up centrally for the Techies so you can grab some popcorn and watch movies on your Netflix account or listen to Pandora while others are tapping away on their laptops or smart phones. WiFi is free and easily accessed.
The Comfort sleepers get a great night’s sleep in beds with European style allergy free alternative down comforters and soft duvet covers. You will have plenty of space in the two bedrooms with king size beds and each with their own TV. Three full size bathrooms will avoid traffic jams.

The kids - whether little ones or teenagers - will love the sturdy bunk beds with the same type of European style bedding. The bunk beds have drawers underneath to tuck “stuff” away. They will also appreciate the adjacent media room with a WII console including a few popular games. The treasure chest of toys will keep them digging for their favorite Seaside Haven toy!

The outdoor enthusiasts (and marshmallow specialists) can experience a perfect close to a wonderful day at Seabrook by warming up in front of the fire pit on the property while enjoying a glass of complimentary wine.

Seaside Haven is located next to a conservation area and close to the Gnome Trail to the beach. We are a 5 minute walk to the pool and hot tub and 10 minute walk to the beach. The home was built and furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Seabrook was lovely as usual and this house had two large bedrooms, each with a king and its own bathroom. Just be careful navigating the steps to the door. Also, there is no front door, only a back door, which Apple Maps knew but Google Maps did not.

Great family place

Comfortable place to relax and hangout with a toddler. Easy walking distance to the two pools and playground. The beach was more of an effort with a two year old but still reasonably close. Only complaint was we thought there would be sand toys and more beach towels and assortment of toys and games was not great- pieces were missing.

Such a fun place & great location

This listing didn't really advertise it but all three bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the house is just a few yards away from the community outdoor pool. There's way more houses around it, vegetation and landscaping growth than the pictures show so it's totally private! It also had off-street parking for at least two cars, which is kind of a big deal because parking is tight in the neighborhoods. There's a rec room area for the kids and the wrap around deck was fun and positioned up high so the whole place felt tucked in! The saltwater air has definitely taken its toll on the house so there's wear and tear on the outside wood, bbq pit and decking and the bbq was really worn down and dirty. Other than that, we would stay there again! I'd recommend it!

Wonderful for our family getaway!

A really wonderful home with enough room for everyone in the family to enjoy their stay on our family getaway. Our two teens loved having private bathrooms, the layout and furnishings made it great to hang out and be comfortable watching movies and playing games and reading, and the well-appointed kitchen (seriously, gadgets and gizmos galore!) made cooking enjoyable. The location of the home was just a short, easy walk from the "downtown center" of the community, and street the home is on was very quiet and private. We would return in a second, and highly recommend it!

Beautiful cottage with amazing view of the sunrise!

This cottage was perfect for our annual planning retreat. It is spacious, very clean, and warm (it was so cold outside!). We really did not want to leave. For future guests. make sure to check out the incredible night sky down at the beach. Stunning!
