We built this place to be the perfect vacation getaway for almost any family - with plenty of outdoor exploring space (nature!), plenty of outdoor living space (the beautiful, integrated deck, firepit & balconies), and plenty of indoor living space (when nature decides you need to be indoors instead). The options & opportunities are endless - so pick your direction, grab a martini and become 'Otterly Relaxed'!

Relaxing start to summer

We had a wonderful but quick weekend at Seabrook! Otterly Relaxed was the perfect house for our family trip with the grandparents. Check in was seamless, communication was easy and the house had everything we needed.

Great spot with easy access

The house is clean and stocked, which was great, and it had plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed. We missed the part in the listing that said no pool access, but ended up renting another home that had pool access with another family, so all worked out!

Perfect get away!

Our whole family loved our stay at Seabrook. We had a wide range of ages and everyone can't wait to go back. We enjoyed being close enough to town and the beach to walk, but still able to have quiet time at the house.

We stayed at Otterly Relaxed to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience overall. The hosts, Erin and Gregg, were very welcoming, and communication around check-in and check-out was clear and easy. The home’s location within Seabrook is very central—especially as the community continues to grow. It’s an easy sub-10-minute walk to the main part of town, making shopping and dining convenient while still getting in a bit of exercise (so you don’t feel quite as guilty enjoying that extra drink or slice of birthday cake!).The house was clean and well appointed with the basics we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and loved being able to see the fireplace from it—such a cozy touch. A big perk is allowing three dogs as most Seabrook rentals only allow two. I can't leave one of them behind so I am thankful I don't have to here! As with many short-term rentals, there is some normal wear and tear, but we shared a few maintenance items privately with the hosts, who were very receptive and appreciative of the feedback.We try to come to Seabrook every year to celebrate my birthday and will absolutely keep Otterly Relaxed in mind for future visits!

Amazing location and stay

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal quick walk to the beach short walk to town and in between the indoor and outdoor pools. We also enjoyed waking up with a coffee and the hot tub.

wish we booked for longer

my whole family was immediately wowed by all the options for sleeping arrangements and emphasis on comfort and relaxing. it was a great place to take a break.

Great Vacation Destination

This was our second stay at Otterly Relaxed. Very cute home and works out great for a couple different families to share a place for a nice vacation weekend. We got lucky. Rain was forecasted but we had mostly dry days to enjoy walking around town and to the beach. Can't wait fornour next trip.

Very nice with amenities liked the s'mores quite a bitLights on wall going upstairs flashed off and on sometimes. Plenty of paper towels. And coffee. Didn't use the apartment above garage though.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We noticed the wear and tear over the last year. The fireplace control did not work and had to turn it on and off manually. The toilet paper holder in the adu was broken. Also, the bathtub and sink in the upstairs bathroom drain very slowly. We left a note for the house cleaner so she would know.

Enjoyable

Location, and home are wonderful. Was very disappointed that the outside of the home was taped off for painting. Stair carpets somewhat stained, and the bbq grill was out of propane. But overall its was a enjoyable week.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The neighborhood chose us. The house is located in the Mill District - which is centrally located - close to the beach, close to downtown, close to the mountain-bike trails, and much more. For those familiar with Seabrook, Mill District is where the Big Fort Stump is, and where the Gnome Trail (Beach Access) is located.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When we picked the lot - it was just a hill. But then Stephen Poulakos (the lead "designer" at Seabrook) gave us a birds-eye-view sketch of what he would put on the lot. We said, "if you can do that... here, we'll take it!". And they delivered. The main house + carriage house provides a tremendous amount of living space - both indoor and outdoor. And thanks to the terraced structure of the property, and how it looks down on Compass Street, all of the outdoor spaces (deck, balconies, firepit, and hot tub) are extremely private - yet you can see everything - almost like a one-way mirror. And it's the "small details" that matter: - The wraparound deck gives you sun, while also protecting you from the elements. - The indoor/outdoor fireplace can be seen from both the living room and the hottub. (and we think we still have the only indoor/outdoor fireplace in all of Seabrook.) - We recessed the hot tub to make it super easy to get in and out. Please enjoy it as much as we have over the years!
