Relaxing & Spacious 2BR in Federal Hill

Welcome to our spacious and relaxing unit with lots of natural light, and two (2) off-street parking right outside of the property, approximately 5-7 minutes driving distance from Downtown Providence!

Walking distance to Broadway St, Atwells Ave, West Fountain commercial corridor, and Providence's west Side.

We hope our newly renovated unit equipped with new beds, G-Home mini speakers, smart TV, + other amenities will make for a comfortable, and enjoyable experience!
The space
Located in the Federal Hill neighborhood known for its diversity and welcoming atmosphere. Our place will provide you with the privacy and quietness you need, while still giving access to all the nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars the city has to offer.

We are committed to stocking our space with the basic amenities required for all stays, but if you feel like something is missing, please let us know right away.

Coin-op washer and dryer available for long term stays.

As a courtesy to our guests, we offer two (2) off-street parking spot right outside of the property.

Additional parking spots are available depending on the size of the vehicle(s) at an additional $25 fee (per vehicle) ** Please inquire ahead of time **

Amazing great location!! Host was wonderful! Great communication- Apartment is stocked with everything we need and then some!! We walked EVERYWHERE.. except to and from the train station because we had luggage. Quiet and comfortable area.

Highly recommend this property. Excellent location close to Federal Hill and downtown. Very clean with well stocked pantry, comfortable beds and quiet location with off street parking. Very attentive owner quick to reply with any questions. Will stay there again.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at the apartment! Plenty of room for the 4 of us, everything was clearly labeled, and the host was very responsive! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone! We also recommend guests the Courtland Club for an amazing drink and atmosphere, just a block or so away!

Comfortable and convenient!

Hector was very communicative throughout our stay, but was also not overbearing. The instructions for check in and out, as well as recommendations, were stellar—my partner and I enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Would definitely stay here again!

I visited Providence with my youngest child to tour colleges. This apartment was close to downtown and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. We especially enjoyed brunch at Julian's. The owner of the apartment was very responsive, the place was spotless, and they provided lots of great amenities like board games and fresh fruit. Highly recommend.

Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to Italian district.

My husband and 2 daughters stayed for weekend. Apartment is very clean and tidy. We walked to Atwells Ave. both nights. Super easy to get to. Hector was very easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly to answer or help with any questions I had. Would stay here again for sure!

Federal Hill Stay

The property was super convenient to the Federal Hill and Broad Street restaurants as well as the Johnson and Wales Harborside Campus. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. The parking was super convenient and a lifesaver. The apartment was clean and light-filled. The electronic lock made coming and going very easy. We would stay here again. Kind regards, Brian

Great Time in Providence!

Nice place. Clean and convenient. I really appreciated that the owner had the kitchen stocked and labelled. It's a perfect place for a small family/group. My daughter really liked having her own room to disappear into when she got tired of us! The neighborhood is interesting and close to Little Italy but also fairly convenient to Down City. For the price, its a great deal. We'd definitely stay again if we can make it back to Providence.

Clean, comfortable, close

The property was super clean and had little extras like creamer, spices, water, eggs and butter. Ice trays were full and frozen! There was not a speck of dust on the original pine wood floors. We were very comfortable. The television was easy to use and had multiple streaming services. All the rooms were sunny and bright. Each window had, nice blinds and curtains, for those who value privacy and sleeping late. The property was conveniently located, walking distance, to Providence’s Italian section, where you can find great restaurants, groceries and bars. It was also close to downtown.

Lots of nice surprises and some not so nice

We are a 70 year old couple so we are looking at this property from that perspective. We arrived after dark so navigating the dark parking lot and the 2 level concrete slab to gain access to the back door was challenging with luggage. It is an old home so the interior back stairs are winding and uneven. Did not love the memory foam mattresses, the frame for one bed was creaky and very much like a cot frame. There is a sign in the pantry that advises not plugging in more than 1 small appliance at a time to avoid tripping the circuit breaker. There was a constant buzzing in another part of the house that I informed the owner of and he sent someone to address it immediately.Loved the availability of snacks and breakfast items. the location for our needs was excellent but I have decided we are hotel people not house people.

This place was an ideal getaway/home-away-from-home for our peaceful week together as a family. Spacious, clean, chicly decorated, safe, and accommodating of our every comfort and need, Hector thought through every possible necessity when creating this space a welcoming home. Communication was above and beyond, with quick responses and helpful conversations, and the warmest demeanor, which honestly was the best part. The beds and lounging furniture were comfortable and big, the rooms spacious and full of light, towels, linens and amenities plentiful, the kitchen and fridge stocked with basics and cooking supplies, the parking easy and private. We could spread out or socialize with ease, and the location was ideal to exploration and close to shopping for little things we wanted. It was very clear how much thought went into making this property not just a place for travel lodging, but an actual, comfortable home. Definitely, definitely recommend this place, and thank you, Hector!

The property host, Hector, did an outstanding job of efficient and friendly communication. The unit was perfect fir us, conveniently situated, good parking even in the snow storm in which we arrived,. It’s a spacious, immaculately clean, bright and well thought-out accommodation. Everything needed and wanted for a weekend stay was provided and easy to find. Lived the comfy beds and thick towels. Will be back for sure!
