Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom end unit with plenty of windows and gorgeous views. Right on the Bay with views of both the gulf and ocean/beach from the unit. Located next to Marina (boat rentals available), boat slips available in front of unit.

One minute walk to Turtle Beach. Crescent Beach and Siesta Beach a short walk away. Gorgeous sunrises out of one side of the condo, beautiful sunsets out of the other side. Restaurants and shops nearby. 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota.

Immaculately maintained property includes two pools and WESCO grade tennis courts.

Beautiful Sunrises Every Morning

Wonderful vacation! Very spacious condo that will comfortably sleep 6. Although there in no lanai or balcony, the living room has an entire wall (floor to ceiling) of sliding glass doors which provide a great breeze and sunrise over Little Sarasota Bay. In the evening you can walk 5 minutes across the street to Turtle Beach for fantastic sunsets! I swam in the large pool, the temperature was perfect with plenty of lounge chairs. The southern most stop for the free trolley is directly across the street and will take you up to the village and anywhere in between. This is a great feature which I used frequently to go to Siesta Key Beach. Next to the condo complex is Turtle Restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating on the bay and the food is very good. There are 2 other restaurants within walking distance Turtle Bar and Grill and Ophelias. I would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is lovely, right on turtle beach and equipped with more than we could ever ask for. Loved the pool and the community. We cannot wait to use the space again!

Communication with owners was great. Very friendly and helpful

Loved our stay. Owner was great. Only thing I was very disappointed about was the property not having a balcony/porch or actual ocean front view. But besides that everything was great. And owner was exceptional! Great trip:)

Perfect condo, great location

Our family loved our stay at this condo. The process was easy and the host was professional and very helpful! We loved the location and peaceful setting yet close to so many beaches and restaurants!

Roomy condo in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 3-bedroom condo. Two of the bedrooms are at one end, with a shared bathroom - and the master bedroom (with bath and walk-in closet!) faces the inter coastal water. The huge heated pool is amazing and is kept in great condition. Just a 4-5 minute walk is Turtle Beach, so you can swim in the ocean and pool daily. The condo was in good shape and had all we needed. In March there was a bit of traffic upon leaving Siesta Key but we just timed it to miss beach traffic. A great place!

Our stay was all we could hope for and more. The accommodation was better even than pictured. We will return next year, happily. The location is just perfect, and Ted is friendly and accommodating.

This is Paradise

We absolutely loved our time here. We arrived to a clean, well-kept spacious unit fully stocked. It is very quiet here. The morning sunrise view is spectacular and running up to the 5th floor makes for a gorgeous sunset. The SCAT shuttle stops across the street and runs approximately every 20 minutes to the village and stops along the way. It is incredibly handy. We enjoyed looking for shells on Turtle Beach, shark teeth on Casperson Beach in Venice, and seriously want to stay. We will return!! Thank you.

Fantastic vacation!

This was the second year of renting this unit and it's already been booked for next November. Like all others in the complex, this unit has a beautiful water view, but what sets it apart is that it is a corner unit that has been expertly converted from a two to a three bedroom, offering plenty of private space for guests or children. The owner is very attentive and is continually adding upgrades to make an already fantastic experience even better. As a result, there is no shortage of beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, coolers, fishing rods, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and all kinds of extras. The complex is very well maintained with large and smaller heated pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, a pool table and a private picnic area right beside the Intracoastal Waterway with two new Weber barbecues. What's best is that all of this is within steps of two waterfront restaurants/bars, a pub-style restaurant, a boat rental facility and Turtle Beach, where it's seldom busy and where you can walk your chairs over to catch stellar sunsets. I highly recommend this spot for those seeking a truly memorable vacation experience.

We spent a wonderful holiday at this superb location in July. The standard of the apartment is very high and the whole complex is well maintained. The apartment itself is large and spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The owners have left plenty of extras to use during your vacation. There are lots of colourful beach towels and chairs and umberellas fro the beach. The rooms are bright and cheerful and there is a well equipped kitchen which we made good use of. ( even the ironing board was taken out once or twice!). This is an ideal location for families with children of all ages. There is a 25m pool which is kept at a cool temperature and is great for swimming or just splashing around. The smaller pool is warmer but great for soaking in during the evening. There is so much to do nearby! The beach is a short walk across the road and there are lots of shops 5 minutes down the road by car. Our kids loved fishing off the dock in front of the apartment. we also rented a pontoon boat and were able to explore a bit further. Renting kayaks was also fun. A little futher away at the beach in Siesta Key we went parasailing-and there are lots of other activities that take place on the beach there. The owners left lots of information about things to do in the locality. There are plenty of restaurants in the area (2 next door and within walking distance). We also made great use of the gas BBQs behind the pool. You can sit out at the tables or just cook it there and eat at home. I would recommend this to both friends and family and look forward to staying again sometime soon.

Great Family Condo

My husband and I along with our kids and thier friend stayed here. We had a wonderful time, it was nice and HOT! The pool was just a few steps away and Turtle beach was across the street.This was great because the kids could go off on there own and have fun. My son just loved fishing off the docks everyday. The condo was very clean and well maintained looked just like the photos listed. Thanks for all the beach supplies, towels, chairs ect. that was a nice bonus! We also like that there was two restaurants that you could walk to. Ted the owner was Terrific! He was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times. He also supplied us with information on things to do and see around town. If your looking for a nice relaxing place to go, this is a perfect pleace. I'm sure we will be returning.. soon I hope!
