Lovely condo with an amazing view of the bay

The condo is lovely, large and very well kept. Located on the quite end of the island. The view of the bay is stunning and you're literally a hop, skip and jump away from the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The condo owner was very nice to work with. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Absolutely wonderful condo and owner

I cannot say enough wonderful things about both this condo and its owner. The condo location in the complex couldn't be better-bottom, corner unit, easy access and parking, no stair or elevator to deal with, patio area to store beach chairs and toys. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. The view behind of the inter-coastal waterway is stunning. Right across the street is Turtle beach (5-10 min easy walk or you can drive there) and the trolley stop that takes you up and down the whole Siesta Key area for shopping, restaurants, etc. The owner Deborah was wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and accommodating. I am not one to vacation in the same location over and over, but can see myself coming back to this condo and area again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Fabulous owner and place

It is a beautiful condo and we absolutely loved it. The owner was one of the best owners I have ever rented from and was a real delight to deal with. Dryer broke while we were there and she immediately had it fixed without any problems. The condo is spacious, an even better view than the photos. I hope to be back there soon. I was not even ready to leave when I had to! She has treasures she has collected from all over the world that I was a little nervous about with my grandchildren there for two weeks since they are so young but it was not a problem at all. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom needs new blinds because the sun was blinding in the morning. Of course I’m not a morning person and like to sleep late! It is an extremely quiet place which we absolutely loved sitting on the deck at night but if you do not like quiet and want music going, etc., it is not the place for you. We found it to be very peaceful and that was one of the favorite things we liked about it.

Renters beware

The condo could be alot nicer. The pots and pans are falling apart & completly worn out. We had to purchase some pots that were useable and a knife that would cut as there was not one avail. None of the dishes match, shop at yard sells much? The towels and linens all need to be replaced desparetly. All the window dressings are falling apart. Looks really trashy. Be prepared to tan your face from the mst bm, bright sun in face in am. No sleeping in in that room, benefit of vaca, RUINED. How close of contact do you like to have with the owner of your rentals? Prepare to be called and checked on every day, to include emails, phone calls ,txt msg, msg from the condo manager. And god forbid if you dont answer your msgs on vaca. Nightmare, leave me alone. I feel like if she would have been in the st. she would have been dropping in regularly. How quiet do you like your vaca to be? If you like dead silence, this will be a great location for you. We like to have spirits, laugh, talk loudly at times, and listen to music. This is not ok at this location, you will need to talk very quietly or whisper if outside at night. Had to leave condo to let loose. This would be a gr location for someone having a psychotic episode or nervous break down in need of silence. God forbid you rotate the patio table so everyone can view the harbor while eating. She acted as though we commited an unforgivable crime. When her cleaning lady moved it back she tore about a 1 inch hole in the screen and charged us $185 to replace the entire enclosure area. With this owner, I highly recommend the ins. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN, you will be miserable in this mini museum of her weird treasures, Kids would love to destroy. This has to be her 1st rental prop. the whole exp. was horrible. We're both x military, have traveled alot. WORST VACATION EVER!!!Also, we were only given 1 key which was a complete inconv. on multiple occ., then she accused us of taking a key. Very disturbing.We went home feeling totally ripped off of our hard earned right to a nice vacation. My son cut his foot on the rusty table that's falling apart on the side pato that's also full of weeds. No maint. at all, very overgrown, very diapointing, could be fixed easily. Make sure to ask about the condion After IRMA, probably bad. Evidence of past flooding damage to floors. This area sustained SIGNIFICANT damage. I recommend request a refund. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Don't be a victum of wasted precious time/$$$$$$$

Great Location

This condo is in a quiet, peaceful area of Siesta Key. It was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and the trolley but away from the crowds. Great pools. Deborah was great. We're staying again next year. Susan and Larry

Excellent View

This is a very nice property, overlooking the bay, right on the water. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Extremely quiet. Perfect wi-fi. Six minute walk to the public beach, which was not very crowded when we were there in November. Two pools in the complex, which we swam in every day. The bay has many pelicans and other birds and we saw a group of manatees playing at the boat docks. The decor is nice, but a few too many knick-knacks for small children. Washer and dryer right next to the front door is great for keeping wet bathing suits out of the rest of the place. If you are an early riser you won't mind the sun blazing into the bedroom at dawn, but that was our only serious issue--the lack of adequate window treatments in the master bedroom. The rest was great! We really enjoyed it.

Great Location and View

Five of us enjoyed this spacious condo which opened up to a great view of the intracoastal waterway. South of Siesta Key, it is located in a quiet area with less traffic and a short walk to Turtle Beach, restaurants and the trolley to ride to Siesta Key. We loved every moment of our stay there! Marina in walking distance had pontoon and fishing boats for rent, which we took advantage of. Especially loved our pontoon boat ride to Lido Beach where we docked for a day of swimming. We look forward to staying here again.

High End Rental for a Good Price

Fantastic Stay and we considered it a bargain given the value of this Condo. Large rooms and very spacious for 4 people. Easy driving on South Siesta Key - no traffic and easy access on and off the island. You can read the listing for all that is included in the room. Trash, mail, grill, pool, everything's close and convenient. Full size washer and dryer. Large Private patio in addition to a large screened in porch with an outstanding view of Sarasota Bay. My son and brother went fishing off the docks that are a few steps from your door. There was all kinds of boat slip space if you want to bring your own boat. There is also a nice full size Weber grill that was across the parking lot that was for Community use that we did not see until our second day. Both times we cooked on the grill with no one else grilling. Soap is provided in the shower but you need to bring shampoo. Good chance to use some of those little hotel bottles. We enjoyed our time here and the Owner is friendly and always gave timely info and communication.

Siesta Key Condo

This was our first trip to Siesta Key and it was wonderful. The condo is spacious, has a great view of Little Sarasota Bay and is a short walk from a great beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo community has two swimming pools, which we found to be clean, quiet and well cared for. The condo is an end unit, so it did not have that "tunnel" feel that some condos have. It had everything we needed and we look forward to returning!

Serene, relaxing, and gorgeous views!

The condo was just like the photos, very spacious, and the bay view was beautiful. The condo was well equipped with towels and kitchen items, short walk to the beach, and well maintained grounds/pool areas. Enjoyed the less congested end of the island and the trolley right across the street.

I have recently taken over my mom's dream home that she bought and completely renovated over 2009/2010. I love this condo! I feel completely serene and relaxed here. I will use the condo myself when I can and rent it when not using it. I will be looking for tenants who appreciate the condo's incredible water view, its gorgeous flow of space and peaceful modern feel.

The condo really looks like the pictures! Spacious water front condo that feels like a house. Completely renovated. A stone's throw from the water. 3 exposure end unit. 2200 sq feet. Private patio. Unusual size and features in a condo. Once you come, you will come back.

Live on the bay with beautiful Turtle Beach across the street. Wake up to sunrise at the condo and take sunset walks on the beach. Have special dinners at award winning Ophelia's on the Bay almost next door. Take the (free) trolley to famous # 1 rated Siesta Key Beach and town village a few miles down the street.
