We’re glad the house was clean, provided everything you needed, and that the kids found some joy in the quirky cafe booths and games amidst such a difficult time. We sincerely apologize for any unease caused by the front door holes, spider webs, backyard condition, and window foil. Jaylon's review lacks integrity. When he reached out to me, I offered to send someone to address any issues, but he insisted on a refund. It's worth noting that Jaylon never personally visited the property. The cobwebs he mentioned were located near the front door light, not inside the house. The chipped paint he referred to was actually epoxy covering a blue tub. The property has been consistently rented for the past month and a half, making it challenging to schedule a bathtub redo. Regarding the soap bars, there were none left, but there was a partially used bottle of body wash left by the cleaners, thinking it might be helpful. The trash in the front yard was actually grass patch purchased from Home Depot, used to patch bare spots. While we did not receive a photo of cockroaches, Jaylon did send a picture of ants, which can be attracted by spilled food which his employees had spilled on the floor. There's one ceiling fan in the main living room that was previously broken, and unfortunately, replacement blades for that specific fan are no longer available. We are actively trying to find a matching replacement to balance it, but due to continuous bookings, it's been a challenge to schedule repairs. The property features two barbecues, one wood-burning and the other natural gas. Both have some rust, but they are located outside the home. It's important to note that Jaylon made a veiled threat of posting a negative review if he didn't receive a refund, which raises questions about the honesty of his intentions. Since Jaylon's feedback, we have worked with our cleaning staff to address the issues. Our property maintains a rental rate of over 90%, and we have received outstanding reviews on multiple platforms for this location. Please feel free to look up those reviews if you'd like to see other people's opinion of the property instead of just one.
