Your mountain getaway on 30 pristine acres! Beautiful home with hottub, stream.

This mountain home sits on 30 beautiful, wooded acres just South of Hwy 24. It sits high on a hill above the abandoned Colorado Midland Railroad from the 1800’s. Nestled in the pines, it overlooks a stream with several Beaver ponds and visiting wildlife. Feel complete privacy with no other houses in view yet easy access to all local attractions. Close to world class flyfishing at Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile Reservoir, Spinney Mountain Reservoir and the Dream Stream.
The interior features 1900 sq ft with vaulted ceilings and large picturesque floor to ceiling windows in the spacious living room. A stone accent gas fireplace with 50" plasma TV above, completes the space. The home is superior in quality, featuring warm colors and comfortable furnishings. With the open concept, it is cozy enough for 2, but roomy enough for the whole family. You’ll enjoy cooking your meals in the large, modern, well stocked kitchen or grilling on the deck. Enjoy the Views from the 3 tiered deck or stargaze after a long day of outdoor activities in the 6 person Hot Tub.

As long time pet owners we would love for you to be able to bring your 4 legged family member along. Please advise us of the number and breed of dog you would plan to bring as we do have some restrictions and house rules that allow us to keep our home in pawsitive shape.

We do keep the driveway well plowed of snow in the winter, however the driveway has a few ups and downs, so we do recommend a 4 wheel drive for the winter and spring months.

We had a great time! What an amazing property! One note, the downstairs bedroom bathroom shower handle is loose and does not stay on so it slips from the warm/hot water to cold when it is on. Best rest in years!! Lovely, well equipped kitchen, clean throughout, beautiful scenery wherever you look and even had some deer visit and peering thru windows saying "hello". Our gurlz (dogs) loved going out and exploring too. Didn't even have enough time to use the hot tub. Thx for the great vacation spot!

The house was bigger than what we needed (just 2 of us) but very glad we picked this property. Excellent location. Close enough to Woodland Park for all our grocery/shopping needs. And very close to the fun outdoor activities which brings us to Colorado in the 1st place. Owner/manager was very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Beaver Lodge!
