Welcome to Par4 Beach House, a beautifully renovated coastal retreat in the heart of the island! Completely redesigned in 2022 with luxury finishes and thoughtful details throughout, this stunning home offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience for your beach getaway.

Enjoy your own private outdoor hot tub and putting green, the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach!

Located in the desirable central part of the island, Par4 Beach House is less than one mile from the main road and pier, with beach access only a short walk away (under 5 minutes). Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples retreat, or small group getaway, this home is designed for relaxing and making memories.

The Space

As you enter through the side entrance, you’ll step into a fully stocked kitchen featuring new appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept main level offers plenty of room for gathering, dining, and relaxing together.

The main floor includes:

Spacious living area with brand-new furnishings and a 55” HDTV
Dining seating for 10 between the breakfast nook and bar seating
Bedroom with Queen bed, 34” HDTV, and deck access
Bedroom with Full-over-Full bunk beds and deck access
Shared full bathroom

Upstairs you’ll find:

Primary suite with King bed, ocean views, private deck access, and 34” HDTV
Additional bedroom with Full-over-Full bunk beds and deck access
Bonus room/second den with 55” HDTV, daybed with trundle, and additional lounging space
Full bathroom and laundry room

The upstairs deck offers beautiful ocean views and a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset.

The house was perfect for our family, great location, close to the town and grocery stores, lots of great places to grab a bite. We had a wonderful time here, and will definitely rent again!

The house is really nice overall and we enjoyed our stay but I do wish the linens, towels, and more than 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels were provided in the original price.

Perfect House and Stay!

The photos don't do this house justice. The attention to details for this beach house are amazing. There is so much outside sitting spaces that we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the rocking chairs on the front porch. The owner was so friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property for your beach vacation!!!

7 day stay March 2025

The house was perfect. Comfortable and clean (which is important to me ) Sarah was very responsive about any questions we had. The hot tub was great. And boys all loved chipping and putting in the yard. Short walk to beach. Would have liked some screens in doors / windows so we could keep open at night and hear the waves. We have been coming to Oc an Isle for about 17 years - this is one our favorites. Plan to return.

We loved our stay at Par 4! We were a group of 3 adults and 2 toddlers and extremely happy and comfortable. A few things we loved: proximity to the beach (one of which is a ramp so perfect for a wagon), very comfortable beds, the hot tub, hot water that came on quickly, great outdoor shower, shade for the cars, soft throw blankets, etc! Sarah was extremely quick to communicate with us when we had a question about keys. We really appreciated that a house came with a heavy duty wagon perfect for beach (and kid) hauls. This was our first visit to Ocean Isle and we would definitely love to come back. Thank you Sarah for a fantastic beach vacation!
