Spacious first floor 4-bedroom 1-full bathroom apartment, furnished with style. It comes with a parking spot and your own private backyard, making it ideal for groups.

Enjoy the best restaurants on Federal Hill; this is the ideal location for your trip.

- No chores
- Check-in and check-out can be flexible, if possible if you ask us ahead of time!

Notes: One parking spot is available. Window AC units are in place. No TV but plenty of bars around to watch the games!

Hi! Good place especially if you have a group of people. With in feet to federal hill. Great area in some directions not in others, but think that is Providence in a nutshell .

The property was great for our needs for an extended weekend stay. This Federal Hill neighborhood is a fantastic place full of great food options - especially Italian food. Downtown Providence is accessible from here, easily walked to within 20 minutes. I’ll look for this place again the next time I’m visiting Providence.

A nice spacious place on a quiet side street just a very short walk to downtown. A great location if you want to get out and explore. The host was quick to respond with any questions. I will definitely look for this location if I plan another trip. Thanks - Bill

Perfect location

We had a great visit in Providence for my daughter’s graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Trip with Daughter

We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

Providence conference stay

We came to Providence for a conference at the convention center. The house was conveniently located for that. Check in was easy, and house suited our needs.
