Maple Valley Hummingbird Studio

Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Maple Valley. This small but functional suite is a brand new addition to the house with a separate entry and complete privacy.
Newly built kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed, smart TV, and walk-in closet. Enjoy morning coffee watching hummingbirds or an evening glass of wine on your illuminated patio.

Enjoy forest living while being close to Maple Valley, I-90, and many hiking/biking trails and outdoor activities.

The property is on the septic, we installed Eco Grindinding Toilet, it makes a funny noice.

Our studio is on the back of the garage. Look for a yellow fence with a hummingbird sign on the gate.
There is a key box on the door. I'll send you a code prior to your arrival.

We are pet friendly but the place is small and is suitable for one small/medium dog only. We have a $30 pet fee. Please ask if you have more questions.
Directions:
275th Ave SE is a small private road off of Issaquah - Ravensdale RD (or Landsburg Rd SE if you are coming from Maple Valley). There is a big sign "Private Barn Encanto Valley Farm" at the corner.
Follow the road, passing a barn and then a green hedge on your left. The property is on the left past the green hedge. Park near the yellow fence. The main house is occupied by a tenant, and the Studio is behind a carport gate with the hummingbird sign.

Private, secure location... The perfect retreat to get away from the busy city (but are still very close to the town of Maple Valley in case you need a grocery store etc.) 5/5 highly recommend

Lovely Stay

This was our second stay at the Hummingbird studio. We have a small dog and love that there is a gated fenced area for us to play with him and throw balls. The studio unit is cute, cozy and perfect for a short stay. Thank you!Deb and Alan

NHRA Racing Event

Very nice, quiet, and personal place to stay. No one stomping on floors or banging on the walls to disturb you. The place was so cute and welcoming. Definitely would stay again!

Very cute and clean

This place was beautiful and simple. It’s very clean overall. Yard is pretty nice if you have a dog with you or need a place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. This place was way better than any motel for the price.

Apartment should’ve been warmed up before our arrival. Had to kill a couple bugs and wipe a few cobwebs before I was comfortable staying here. Although the grinder was annoying, we had been warned about it in advance, so that’s OK. But the shower clogged the morning we were leaving and the toilet backed up and we had to do some Maintenance.

Great Pet Friendly Location

We had a wonderful 4 night trip at this location. Very private, quiet, close to Maple Valley & great pet friendly set up. Plenty of room for the two of us & our dog. Love the covered patio & small fenced in green area for the dog. We will definitely be returning anytime that we have our dog with us on a trip to visit family in MV.

Lovely and private!

We were so happy to find this comfortable apartment in Hobart not far from our relatives while in town visiting. You’ll find everything you need. If it’s a cold and rainy night, there’s even a portable radiator in the kitchen closet that will get you toasty warm. The bed is super comfy, so you’re sure to have sweet dreams!

Quiet Get Away

The Hummingbird Studio was modern and had everything I needed. I did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. There was ample parking during the week. However, a wedding party arrived on Saturday staying in the attached house taking the parking spot for the studio, all the remaining spots and cars were parked in the middle of the driveway as well.
