This apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The location is great. It's only two blocks from the main square and it's right in the middle of an area with some of the best restaurants in Yerevan, lots of nearby cafes, etc. The area is very active and lively during the day and especially at night. Everything else in the city is walking distance. It was perfect for my 2-week stay. There's also a laundry room on the same floor that's only shared by a few apartments. Proactive and helpful communication from the host so everything went smoothy and was super easy.
