Host interaction was non-existent. Had to contact VRBO for code to get into the property once we arrived, no info on the property like WiFi password, location of towels, what to do on departure, info on the pool, etc. House was very clean, nice, open otherwise.

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay. The inside was so nice and the property manager was easy to get into contact with! The pool was the perfect size and was so nice that it was fenced in. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Overall the place was nice and clean. You can tell it is more of a party house since there was paint coming off the walls (mainly from tape) and a few broken items (curtains and a TV in one of the bedrooms). However, for the 8 of us in my family (ages11-65) it was large enough, and we felt comfortable. It was close to stores and attractions as well.

House is big. Had lots of room for everyone. Host was kind and included 2 pack and plays for the toddlers. Some maintenance is required such as fixing a closet door that fell off, a ceiling fan blade was broken but nothing major. Enjoyed our stay.

The home had what we needed. Clearly it is a party home and people disrespect the property. Only complaint is the property could be cleaner and we didn’t receive check in and check out info.

Plenty of space!

We came down to see Cardinal Spring Training games which was just minutes away from the house. Plenty of space both indoors and outside. Enjoyed the fire pit, large kitchen area and open floor plan so that everyone could be inside at same time but not feel crowded. Only concern was that we did not receive any check in or check out instructions but I think the site may have been down on the day we left because I could not get a message through either.

We were happy with everything. Met our expectations. Only thing was we thought there would of been more supplies like Toilet paper and paper towles. Not a big deal. Very bad neighborhood

A lot of things in the house were broken, very unsafe feeling due the neighborhood.... All doors were so unsafe! Air conditioner was not working in one of the room....Water was running so slow and long time to wait for hot water.

The location of the house was perfect for us but the neighborhood the property is located in is not the best. The house specifically the kitchen was filthy even though I had reached out to the host prior with concerns about the cleanliness due to previous reviews and his response was “we hired a new cleaning services so that is no longer a concern for my property.” We left the house cleaner than how we found it. The host responded well days prior to our stay and while we were there. However, when I reached out about our concerns from our stay after our trip was over I never heard back. The front door barely stays closed and will only stay shut if you pull the door tight and lock it. Also if you are renting this property with thoughts about using the backyard space/ pool the outdoor space looks NOTHING like the photos. The furniture cushions were torn up and scattered across the backyard. Overall, you can tell this place has been used as a party house and has not been well maintained. Our stay was fine but I wouldn’t jump to recommend this place in the future. It makes sense why the cost to stay at this house was so low. You get what you pay for.

House would be great with a little more care. 1. Flooring was filthy. If you walked from Master to kitchen your feet were black. This place needs a complete mopping. 2. Great pool but no out door furniture to sit on that was not damaged. All the sun lounge chairs are broken in pieces. 3. Coffee pot is only 4 cup but this is 4 bedroom house. Upgrade please to larger coffee pot.

Terrible DO NOT STAY HERE. Not as pictures. House in bad condition, is not safe doors falling apart, no closet doors, dirty kitchen pots, dirty floors and bathrooms, dirty walls and living room sofas, house smells bad and on top of these the entrance porch the pillars (collums) are loose not firm or where they supposed to be. It is very disappointing because at 10pm I was looking for another place to stay and paid for another place, while waiting for the host or Vrbo to help me to resolve this. Host do not respond msgs or call already passed 6 days and no respond from host and also Vrbo trying to contact host. These is one of my worst experiences booking a vacation home and I do travel a lot and never have issues with the houses that I rented in the past.

This is definitely a party house. Unfortunately for those looking to enjoy the house & its amenities will be disappointed. The house is set to sleep 14 but there was only one mini baking sheet, one pan and one skillet. There is no ventilation in the kitchen, and sugar ants throughout. When we expressed our concern to the host, they did send someone over same day- but at that point, we already had our food set out and didn’t want it spoiled. There are no fans & the batteries were removed from the smoke detectors. The grass was way overgrown - we played cornhole inside. There was standing water in the dishwasher which caused a rotten smell. Overall- this place can be amazing but it definitely needs some TLC.

Communication with the property manager isn’t great. It was hours past check in & he hadn’t sent any info regarding how to get into the home. We messaged a few times & finally called & got the code (something another review also said). When we got there, the front door was ajar & the back doors were unlocked. We travel with a small child so immediately we were alarmed & had to clear the house to make sure it was safe & secured. We noticed a lot of “wear and tear” as the host said- AKA, holes in the walls/doors, floors, broken sink drains, missing fan blades, & a barn door that was broken & then “fixed” with wood glue. We reported to the host so it was documented that it was not our doing. That night, we noticed the master shower was entirely missing a shower door. There was only one, making it uncomfortable to take a shower since it was entirely open & impossible to stay warm. We were planning on ignoring all of this, we travel often for events & work & don’t spend much time at the VRBOs that we rent. But Saturday night the barn door fell apart by something closing it. It’s a standard barn door, two of them come together to close in one of the bedrooms. One of the adults staying with us shut the door & the rest of the door separated from the right vertical beam that it was poorly glued to. Our daughter was playing ping pong and it nearly fell on her. We reported it to the manager and he didn’t respond for hours them said “sorry about the inconvenience”.
